**Joven de 28 años arrestado por apuñalar mortalmente a una mujer en El Bronx**

Cristian Moya, un joven de 28 años y residente del condado de El Bronx, fue arrestado anoche por presuntamente haber apuñalado mortalmente a Pamela Almonte Cabrera varias veces en el pecho, afuera de un bar en El Bronx, Nueva York.

Según informó el New York Post, Moya fue acusado por la Policía de Nueva York de homicidio involuntario, posesión ilegal de armas, entre otros cargos. Testigos indicaron que el sospechoso utilizó una botella rota para cometer el ataque mortal y huyó de la escena, hasta ser detenido el martes, más de 48 horas después del incidente.

La víctima, Pamela Almonte Cabrera, de 35 años y madre dominicana, fue apuñalada en medio de una pelea en la que estuvo involucrado su novio. La trifulca estalló alrededor de las 4 a. m. del domingo frente al establecimiento “Mama Dora Bar & Lounge”, ubicado en E. Kingsbridge Road, cerca de Morris Ave. en Kingsbridge Heights, según reportó la Policía de Nueva York (NYPD).

Almonte, residente de Melrose, se encontraba con algunas personas cuando se enfrentaron con otro grupo similar en la acera. Fue entonces cuando recibió aproximadamente cinco puñaladas en el pecho. Hasta el momento, no está claro qué provocó el inicio de la pelea.

Sean “Diddy” Combs was reportedly attacked in his Brooklyn jail cell after an inmate allegedly held a knife to his throat, a longtime friend revealed.

Charlucci Finney told the Daily Mail on Wednesday that Combs “woke up with a knife to his throat” during an encounter at the Metropolitan Detention Center. According to Finney, a makeshift blade was used in what he described as a direct threat meant to intimidate the rapper.

“I don’t know whether he fought him off or the guards came, I just know that it happened,” Finney said. “If this guy had wanted to harm him, Sean would have been harmed. It would only take a second to cut his throat with a weapon and kill him.”

Finney added, “It was probably a way to say, ‘Next time you ain’t gonna be so lucky.’ Everything is intimidation. But with Sean it won’t work. Sean is from Harlem.”

The alleged incident was mentioned in court during Combs’ sentencing hearing and later confirmed to TMZ by sources familiar with the situation. A prison guard reportedly intervened before anyone was harmed.

Combs was sentenced to 50 months in federal prison after a jury found him guilty on two counts of violating the Mann Act. He was previously acquitted of more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

A first-year B. Tech student at South Asian University (SAU) in Delhi has alleged that she was sexually assaulted and subjected to an attempted gang-rape by four men on campus. The incident reportedly took place in an under-construction area within the university premises.

According to the victim, the accused tore her clothes and touched her inappropriately. “The four accused tore my clothes, touched me, and attempted to gang-rape me,” she told the police.

Police received a call regarding the incident around 3:00 PM on Monday at the Maidan Garhi police station. Initially, a case of molestation was registered, but after recording the student’s detailed statement, sections related to attempted gang-rape were added.

Four shot dead during homecoming weekend in Mississippi town

Four people were killed in a shooting in the Mississippi Delta region following a high school football homecoming game, Mississippi state Sen. Derrick Simmons told The Associated Press. “Noem said, ‘Those kind of individuals who are perpetuating murder should absolutely be prosecuted, in my opinion.’” She recounted that during the Chicago incident, a ten-car caravan trailed ICE officials and pinned them down. When the ICE officers attempted to exit their vehicles, a woman reportedly tried to ram them, resulting in shots being fired to ensure their safety.

Noem highlighted that this pattern of law enforcement complicity with extremist groups is not isolated to Illinois but is also occurring in other states such as Oregon.
