I Wore a Full Face of Dior Holiday Makeup—These Are the Products I Recommend Buying Before They’re Gone

I may be a little biased considering my job title, but I firmly believe that holiday makeup collections are the best treasures. There’s just something about a limited-edition formula or shade housed in frosty, festive packaging that makes my heart sing-so much so that I often find myself saving these exclusive palettes, bullets, and tubes long after the pigment has depleted. And then there’s Dior. The brand is already responsible for some of my favorite glam staples of all time (namely the Rouge Dior in 999, the Diorshow Mascara, and, of course, the cult-favorite Lip Glow Oil), but its holiday collections are always nothing short of magical. This year’s collection doesn’t disappoint. Drawing inspiration from circus arts, the assortment hones in on enchanting shimmer-from embossed lipsticks to silky eye shadow palettes to pearlescent nail lacquers-in a way that, despite its theme, doesn’t lean too far into stage-makeup territory. This is Dior we’re talking about, so you can expect only the most elevated offerings. Imagine the light-reflecting sheen from a luxurious velvet chaise or twinkling champagne flutes huddled on a silver tray, whispers of shimmer that feel chic, sophisticated, and so very Dior. I’ve been wearing the collection for weeks (you know, testing the waters ahead of the holiday-party circuit), and it’s just as divine as it looks on-screen. That said, I keep gravitating toward a few standouts that deserve a spot in your makeup bag, and I highly recommend shopping them while you still can. A couple heroes have already sold out! Taco Bell’s new Mountain Dew Baja Blast Pie horrifies customers: ‘Chernobyl cheesecake’

Taco Bell has turned one of its most iconic sodas into a dessert, and it is making waves online. The new Mountain Dew Baja Blast Pie is a limited-edition treat that transforms the soda’s signature tropical lime flavor into a creamy, key lime-style dessert.

Featuring a vibrant electric-blue filling set in a graham cracker crust and topped with whipped cream, the pie costs $19.99 and is sold only as a whole pie—not by the slice. It’s available exclusively while supplies last.

The pie was first teased at Taco Bell’s 2024 Live Más event, according to a press release. This announcement sparked memes and petitions from fans who eagerly demanded that it become a reality. Now, Taco Bell is promoting the pie as the perfect “Friendsgiving flex” to share with family and friends this holiday season. “It’s a statement in a sea of stuffing,” the company said.

Mountain Dew also joined in on the excitement, commenting on Taco Bell’s Instagram post: “Now you can drink AND eat Baja Blast.”

Mountain Dew Baja Blast was originally engineered specifically for Taco Bell, launching in 2004 through a partnership with PepsiCo, the parent company of Mountain Dew.

Taco Bell describes this release as one of its most exclusive ever, which has left some fans amazed and others hesitating to try it. On social media, reactions vary widely:

– “If I brought this thing to the Thanksgiving function they would make me leave,” one person joked.
– “Taco Bell, all we asked for was permanent caramel apple empanadas; instead, we got this Chernobyl cheesecake,” another user said, commenting on the pie’s “radioactive” color.
– Some fans were intrigued despite the unusual appearance: “This scares me but give me 10 of them,” one Instagram user admitted.

Since the pie’s launch on November 6, some lucky customers have shared their thoughts online. One reviewer on X (formerly Twitter) said, “It was fine! Like a middle ground between a Baja Blast flavor and key lime pie.” Another commenter confessed, “The Baja Blast pie is unfortunately really good.”

A Taco Bell employee who tried the dessert described it as “not terrible.” Meanwhile, an Instagram user expressed regret at only buying one pie, saying, “I need this to last longer.” Many fans have begged for the pie to become a permanent menu item beyond this limited-time release.

On the flip side, some reactions highlight the indulgent nature of the dessert. A writer for Nerdist confessed to eating the entire pie in one sitting and “regretting everything” afterward. “The only thing I feel is a belly full of creamy, citrus, neon-teal pie filling and regret,” he wrote. “A lot of both.”

Fox News Digital has reached out to Taco Bell for further comment.

This beverage-themed pie joins a long lineup of other fast-food oddities released by Taco Bell and its competitors over the years. For example:

– In 2014, Taco Bell shook up its menu with a waffle taco shell filled with eggs, cheese, and meat.
– In 2016, McDonald’s Japan introduced McChoco Potatoes, French fries drizzled with milk and dark chocolate sauces.
– The same year, Burger King launched Mac n’ Cheetos, deep-fried macaroni and cheese bites shaped like Cheetos.
– In 2017, Tim Hortons released a Buffalo Latte—a unique espresso drink flavored with mocha and buffalo sauce, topped with steamed milk and buffalo seasoning, available for a limited time in Buffalo, New York.
– In 2018, Sonic debuted a pickle juice slush.

Most of these unique menu items had only limited runs, making the Mountain Dew Baja Blast Pie the latest in a colorful tradition of daring fast-food experiments.

Hailey Bieber makes a surprising Rhode announcement in lingerie set and latex

Hailey Bieber has once again proven that no one makes a beauty announcement quite like her. The cosmetics founder took to Instagram to tease a new Rhode launch ahead of her birthday on November 22, this time with a sultry twist.

In the newly released Instagram images, Hailey lounged across crisp white sheets wearing an itsy black lingerie set paired with a latex leather jacket. She clutched a black pillow makeup bag embroidered with the Rhode logo, exuding effortless glamour.

In the caption, she hinted at “birthday essentials” arriving on November 11, teasing the upcoming limited-edition collection.

As always, her beauty look was effortlessly gorgeous. Justin Bieber’s wife’s skin had a stunning glow with her signature dewy finish—likely thanks to her own Rhode Peptide Glazing Fluid or Barrier Repair Cream—and her signature nude glossy lip completed the look. Her wavy, chestnut brown hair added the finishing touch to her sleek yet effortless vibe.

### The Birthday Edit 2025: What to Expect

In the official press release, Rhode announced the launch of the *Birthday Edit 2025*, a new collection of essentials celebrating founder Hailey Bieber’s birthday month.

The celebratory release will include some cult-favorite products, such as the signature scented Peptide Lip Tints and a new oversized Bubble Bag—a slouchy makeup bag designed to hold all your essentials.

The four original Peptide Lip Tints—Ribbon, Toast, Raspberry Jelly, and Espresso—will now be offered in limited edition scents. However, the nourishing lip tint formula remains the same, loved by customers worldwide.

For fans who adored the original viral Lip Case, Hailey has also introduced a fresh iteration with a new design. The *Snap-On Lip Case* is reimagined with MagSafe technology, making it a versatile accessory.

This compact, lightweight case effortlessly snaps on and off while holding your Lip Tint or Treatment. It works with all MagSafe-compatible iPhone models and cases and will be available in Black (limited edition), White (limited edition), and Gray (core collection).

### When and Where to Buy

Wondering when you can get your hands on this exciting new launch? The *Birthday Edit* will be available to purchase exclusively at rhodeskin.com starting Thursday, November 12th.

Stay tuned and be ready to shop Hailey’s birthday essentials!

JD Vance holding Q&A alongside Erika Kirk at Ole Miss Turning Point USA event

Vice President JD Vance is set to take questions at a Turning Point USA event at the University of Mississippi on Wednesday in honor of his late friend, Charlie Kirk.

Vance will be joined by Turning Point USA President Erika Kirk, Kirk’s widow, as part of the “This Is the Turning Point” campus tour. Erika Kirk is expected to introduce Vance before he takes questions and holds discussions with students in the style popularized by her husband.

Admission to the event is free, but participants are required to register in advance before attending, with students receiving priority entry. Attendees will also go through what organizers described as “TSA-style screening and magnetometer checks” once the doors open at 3 p.m. CT. The event is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. CT.

Fox News will air the event live from the Ole Miss campus on “Jesse Watters Primetime.” The full event will also be streamed live on Fox Nation, followed by the premiere of a multipart limited-edition documentary series on Friday, Nov. 7, featuring behind-the-scenes footage.

Erika Kirk commented, “She’s ready, and so is Vice President Vance, to make this a truly unforgettable evening.”

Vance confirmed he would be appearing at Ole Miss as part of the organization’s campus tour during a special appearance on “The Charlie Kirk Show” earlier this month. “Part of keeping Charlie’s memory alive is keeping the mission alive,” Vance said. “And nobody can replace Charlie, but if we all just sort of take little pieces, we can do as much as we can to ensure that Charlie’s mission continues to survive long after he’s gone. And part of that is these college campus tours.”

Vance was a close friend of the conservative activist, who was assassinated last month on the campus of Utah Valley University.

“I think that engagement is something that was such a big part of Charlie’s legacy,” Vance added. “It’s not just that he went and talked to people or talked about issues he cared about. It’s that he actually interacted with people.”

The Ole Miss event is the only Turning Point USA event that Erika Kirk will attend on the campus tour. She will later conduct her first sit-down interview since her husband’s assassination with Fox News host Jesse Watters, set to air on Nov. 5.
