WATCH: President Trump Suggests that Brandon Johnson and JB Pritzker May Face Criminal Charges – DHS Sec Kristi Noem Reveals that Portland Police Were Cheering on Antifa’s Calls for Violence with Their “Fists in the Air”, Says Officials Should be Prosecuted

President Trump and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem called for the prosecution of Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and Illinois Governor JB Pritzker for allegedly perpetuating attacks against law enforcement during a roundtable on ANTIFA at the White House on Wednesday.

As reported by The Gateway Pundit, federal officers from Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) were recently ambushed by a convoy of roughly ten vehicles in what officials described as a coordinated assault by domestic extremists against law enforcement. Despite the severity of the incident, Chicago police were explicitly ordered to stand down and ignore distress calls from the federal agents.

President Trump asserted that both Governor Pritzker and Mayor Johnson were aware of the orders to stand down. “The governor knew about it, the mayor knew about it,” Trump told reporters, suggesting criminal liability for their actions. On Truth Social, Trump wrote this morning, “Chicago Mayor should be in jail for failing to protect ICE Officers! Governor Pritzker also!”

When asked whether he had requested the Justice Department to investigate possible charges against the mayor and governor, Trump did not provide a direct answer. However, he described the decision to have police stand down as illegal, and deferred to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem for further comment.

Secretary Noem emphatically agreed, stating that elected officials in Illinois “should absolutely be prosecuted.” She also revealed concerning behavior by law enforcement in Portland, Oregon, where ICE officers reportedly witnessed Portland police officers cheering with fists raised alongside ANTIFA protesters who were calling for the murder of ICE agents.

“Noem said, ‘Those kind of individuals who are perpetuating murder should absolutely be prosecuted, in my opinion.’” She recounted that during the Chicago incident, a ten-car caravan trailed ICE officials and pinned them down. When the ICE officers attempted to exit their vehicles, a woman reportedly tried to ram them, resulting in shots being fired to ensure their safety.

Noem highlighted that this pattern of law enforcement complicity with extremist groups is not isolated to Illinois but is also occurring in other states such as Oregon.

In summary, both Trump and Noem condemned the alleged inaction and complicity of local law enforcement and elected officials in enabling attacks against federal agents. They called for accountability and prosecution of those responsible for undermining the safety and security of ICE personnel.

### Key Quotes from the Roundtable:

**Reporter:** “You said the mayor of Chicago and the governor of Illinois should be jailed. Have you asked the Justice Department to look at possible charges?”

**Trump:** “I’ve seen the law, and when you have a group of people where the police call off the safety for ICE officials, I’ve understood that, and I’ve read it today in numerous journals, that that’s illegal. What they did is… I guess it was ICE, Kristi, right? They were under threat, and the police were helping beautifully, it was fine, and then all of a sudden, a woman was on the line, saying, ‘Everybody move back, move back, get out, get out.’ And they were given an order by the second person in the police department, and the governor knew about it, the mayor knew about it. I understand that’s a criminal offense. You want to comment on that, Kristi?”

**Noem:** “Sir, we’re seeing that kind of pattern happen with local law enforcement and state law enforcement, not just in Illinois, but also out in Oregon too. In fact, in Portland, I was there yesterday, but some of the ICE officers were telling me that as they drove by the rioters that were saying, ‘Kill ICE agents, Molotov cocktails melt ICE,’ that the Portland Police were cheering them on and had their fists in the air cheering on the rioters that were threatening their lives.

“So, in Chicago, we had a ten-car caravan trail our ICE officials and pin them down. And those ICE officials to get out of their vehicles, a woman tried to ram them and run them over, and shots were fired to get them to safety. So, it’s happening on a regular basis, and any elected official that allows this to happen and gives cover to those kind of individuals who are perpetuating murder should absolutely be prosecuted, in my opinion.”

Bombay HC blocks Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s international travel amid Rs 60 crores fraud case

**Bombay High Court Blocks Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s International Travel Amid Rs 60 Crores Fraud Case**

In a significant development in the ongoing Rs 60 crores fraud case involving Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband, businessman Raj Kundra, the Bombay High Court has raised serious questions about their request to travel abroad.

The couple had approached the court seeking permission to travel to Colombo and other destinations for a business trip. However, the court, led by Chief Justice Shree Chandrashekhar and Justice Gautam Ankhad, expressed scepticism over the nature of the trip.

Their counsel, Niranjan Mundargi, was directed to submit an affidavit detailing the purpose of the trip. This affidavit must include formal communications and evidence supporting the claim that the travel was indeed for business purposes. The court granted them time until October 14 for the submission of these details.

During the proceedings, when Mundargi reiterated that the trip was for business, Chief Justice Shree Chandrashekhar remarked with a smile, “You can first deposit Rs 60 crores if you wish to travel abroad.” This comment underscores the court’s serious approach to the case and reflects its scrutiny of the couple’s actions.

The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Mumbai Police is investigating allegations that Shetty and Kundra diverted investment funds for personal use. In light of the ongoing investigation, the court has not issued any immediate orders regarding the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against them. The matter is scheduled for further hearing on October 14.

This development adds to the mounting legal challenges faced by the couple, who remain under intense scrutiny over their financial dealings. As the investigation progresses, the court’s forthcoming decisions will be crucial in determining the future course of action.

### Background on the Fraud Allegations

In a related matter, the EOW of the Mumbai Police is investigating a case involving businessman Deepak Kothari. Kothari has accused Shetty and Kundra of diverting Rs 60 crores of his investment for personal use.

The EOW’s findings indicate that Kothari’s funds were misused, leading to the filing of a case against Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra, and an unidentified associate. They have been charged under sections 403 (dishonest misappropriation of property), 406 (criminal breach of trust), and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code.

Virar Tragedy: Love Affair Behind Teen’s Suicide, Friend’s Death Still A Mystery

**Virar Double Suicide Case: New Insights into Tragic Deaths of Two College Friends**

The Virar double suicide case involving two college friends has taken a new turn after the police confirmed that one of them, Aditya Singh (21), died by suicide following a failed love affair. However, the reason behind his friend Shyam Ghorai’s (20) death remains unclear.

The incident occurred on Monday night when both youths jumped from the 16th floor of an under-construction building in Bolinj, Virar. The duo, close friends from Achole, Nalasopara, were students at Rahul International College.

### Initial Allegations and Investigation

Initially, their parents alleged murder, claiming that the two were pushed off the building. However, police investigations have since provided more clarity on the case.

### Aditya’s Suicide Note Recovered

Police later recovered a suicide note written by Aditya, found in a book at his residence. In the note, he confessed to being heartbroken after a failed relationship, explaining that the girl he loved was involved with someone else. This emotional turmoil pushed him into depression and ultimately led him to take his own life.

### Unclear Circumstances Surrounding Shyam’s Death

While Aditya’s motive is now clear, investigators remain uncertain about Shyam’s actions. According to DCP Suhas Bawche, there are two possible explanations: either Shyam took his life in solidarity with his friend, or he accidentally fell while trying to stop Aditya.

Police have ruled out any foul play, confirming that no third-party involvement was found during the investigation.

The community continues to mourn the loss of the two young lives, hoping for further clarity as the investigation progresses.

‘Deposit ₹60 crore’: Bombay High Court tells Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra amid plea seeking permission to travel abroad

**Bombay High Court Demands ₹60 Crore Deposit to Consider Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s Plea to Travel Abroad**

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday demanded a ₹60 crore deposit to consider the plea filed by actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra seeking permission to travel abroad, according to reports by news agencies.

This order comes after the couple approached the High Court to quash a Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against them in connection with an FIR relating to an alleged ₹60 crore fraud case.

**Details of the Fraud Case Against Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty**

The case originates from a complaint filed by businessman Deepak Kothari, who accused Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra of inducing him to invest ₹60 crore in their now-defunct venture, Best Deal TV Pvt Ltd, between 2015 and 2023. Kothari alleged that the funds were later diverted for personal use.

Raj Kundra has already been questioned by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Mumbai Police. The LOC against the couple was issued at the request of the EOW.

On Tuesday, Shilpa Shetty was questioned by EOW officials for approximately four and a half hours in connection with the ₹60 crore fraud case.

**What Was the Couple’s Plea?**

In their petition, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra claimed that Shilpa resigned from the company in 2016. They emphasized the need to travel abroad for professional commitments and argued that denying them this opportunity would amount to a violation of their fundamental rights.

The Bombay High Court’s demand for a ₹60 crore deposit highlights the seriousness of the case as it continues to unfold.

‘Fake’ Madeleine McCann Sobs as Court Confirms She’s Not Missing Toddler… After She ‘Stalked’ Family and Claimed to Be Young Girl

**Court Confirms: Julia Wandelt Is Not Madeleine McCann**

*Published Oct. 7, 2025, 2:40 p.m. ET*

A disturbing individual who had been falsely claiming to be missing toddler Madeleine McCann was finally confronted by a judge, who confirmed she is, in fact, not the child, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

Julia Wandelt, 24, broke down in tears in court after hearing the news that she has no familial link to the McCann family.

### What Did The Court Have To Say?

Wandelt is currently on trial, accused of stalking Madeleine’s parents, Gerry and Kate McCann. Prosecutors explained that Wandelt “pursued that myth” by sending emails, making phone calls, and turning up uninvited at their home on multiple occasions.

During the proceedings, jurors were presented with “unequivocal scientific evidence” proving Wandelt is not related to the McCanns — despite her repeated claims of having memories of Madeleine’s childhood and disappearance.

Prosecutor Michael Duck stated, “Can we at this very early stage in the trial make this position clear – that Julia Wandelt is not Madeleine McCann.” This declaration caused Wandelt to break down in tears.

### Co-Defendant Also Accused of Stalking

Wandelt is not the only defendant facing the court. Co-defendant Karen Spragg, 61, is also accused of stalking and causing serious distress to Kate and Gerry, with alleged incidents spanning from June 2022 to February 2025.

### “She Pursued That Myth”

Prosecutor Duck further outlined Wandelt’s obsession:

“Her contention over the two and a half years that followed was that she must have been abducted and taken to Poland, where she lived with people who she was erroneously told were her parents.

You will hear instances where she claims evolving memories of what happened in May 2007. She pursued claims that she was Madeleine McCann and relentlessly contacted Madeleine’s parents over an extended period. She pursued that myth.”

Duck revealed that Wandelt obtained Kate McCann’s phone number in April 2024 and continued to push her false narrative. At one point, Wandelt even sent photos to Madeleine’s younger sister in an attempt to “persuade” her they were somehow related.

“There could never have been a legitimate belief by Julia Wandelt that she was Madeleine McCann,” Duck emphasized.

“At the time of Madeleine’s disappearance, Julia Wandelt was not the same age. She gathered numerous images of Madeleine McCann and other McCann family photos and tried to compare them with images of herself.”

### Arrest and Confrontation

Earlier this year, Wandelt confronted Kate McCann at her UK home, months before Wandelt was arrested at an airport on suspicion of harassment.

According to an insider, Wandelt flew to the UK in December accompanied by Spragg to plead her case and convince Kate that she was her daughter. The exchange was recorded on a phone Wandelt had in her pocket.

During the encounter, Kate is heard saying, “This is private property.” Wandelt pleaded, “Please, please! Only two minutes! I understand you!” but Kate insisted they leave. Spragg then asked, “I thought you wanted to find your daughter?” to which Kate replied, “I do, but I don’t need this,” before threatening to call the police.

Wandelt had multiple encounters with the McCanns, including one instance in which she claimed to have “results” from a new DNA test analyzed by “highly respected and recognized world expert, Dr. Monte Miller.”

On February 19, Wandelt was arrested at Bristol Airport on suspicion of stalking and harassing Gerry and Kate McCann.

### Background: Madeleine McCann’s Disappearance

Madeleine McCann vanished from a Portuguese hotel in 2007 and has not been seen since. Christian Brueckner is currently considered the prime suspect in her disappearance.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Begs Judge to Let Him Spend Remainder of his Four-Year Sentence at Low-Level New Jersey Prison in Order for Rapper to See Family

**Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Requests Transfer to Low-Security Prison for Drug Rehab and Family Visits**

*Published: October 7, 2025, 4:00 p.m. ET*

Rapper and mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has formally requested a judge to allow him to serve the remainder of his prison sentence at a low-security federal prison. According to RadarOnline.com, Combs, who was sentenced to 50 months behind bars and fined $500,000 following a conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, believes that Fort Dix in New Jersey would be better equipped to address his drug issues and help him maintain regular contact with his family.

### Combs’ Letter to the Court

On Monday, October 6, Teny Geragos, one of Combs’ attorneys, filed a letter urging the judge to recommend Combs’ placement at FCI Fort Dix. The letter stated:

> “In order to address drug abuse issues and to maximize family visitation and rehabilitative efforts, we request that the Court strongly recommend to the Bureau of Prisons that Mr. Combs be placed at FCI Fort Dix for Residential Drug Abuse Program purposes and any other available educational and occupational programs.”

### Background of the Case

Combs’ eight-week trial brought to light his years-long battle with drug addiction and a history of domestic violence. During a dramatic six-hour sentencing hearing, both Combs and his six adult children made emotional pleas for leniency. His attorneys emphasized that their client is a “changed” man who should be given mental health treatment and enrolled in programs targeting domestic violence and substance abuse as part of his rehabilitation.

### Fort Dix: A Low-Security Facility with Strong Programs

Fort Dix is the largest single federal prison in the United States, housing approximately 4,100 men. The institution itself accommodates 3,800 inmates, while an adjacent minimum-security satellite camp holds 200 more. Located on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, just 75 miles from New York City, Fort Dix is classified as a low-security prison.

This classification means the facility has double-fenced perimeters, mainly dormitory-style housing or cubicles, and a strong emphasis on work and rehabilitation programs, according to the Bureau of Prisons.

### Notable Past Inmates and Security Concerns

Over the years, Fort Dix has housed many high-profile inmates, including reputed mobsters, drug traffickers, corrupt politicians, and controversial figures like Martin Shkreli.

During his incarceration, Shkreli was placed in solitary confinement following allegations that he used a contraband smartphone to operate his pharmaceutical company while behind bars—activities strictly prohibited for inmates.

The prison was once overseen by warden Lamine N’Diaye, who managed a Manhattan federal jail at the time financier Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide there in 2019. N’Diaye has since retired.

### Contraband Issues and Enforcement

In 2019, Fort Dix experienced issues with contraband smuggling via drones, bringing in prohibited items such as cellphones, tobacco, weight-loss supplements, and eyeglasses. The same year, a correctional officer pleaded guilty to accepting bribes to smuggle contraband into the facility.

### Life at Fort Dix: Food Options and Facilities

If Combs’ request is granted, the 55-year-old music mogul will have access to an extensive commissary selection, including snacks like pork rinds, plantain chips, Doritos, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and even octopus.

### Current Status and Sentence Details

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his arrest in September 2024. The time already served there will be deducted from his overall sentence, making him eligible for release in roughly three years.

*Stay tuned for updates on Combs’ sentencing and incarceration arrangements.*
