Tim Walz Blames White Men For Widespread Fraud in Somali Community (VIDEO)

**Minnesota Governor Tim Walz Blames White Men for Fraud in Somali Community Amid $1 Billion Scandal**

*Published on 12/12/25 by Cristina Laila | The Gateway Pundit*

Minnesota Governor and former Vice Presidential candidate Tim Walz recently made headlines by blaming white men for widespread fraud occurring within the Somali community in Minnesota. This revelation comes amid reports that a massive $1 billion fraud scheme took place largely through the Somali community—an incident that unfolded under Walz’s watch.

The scandal has drawn significant attention as investigations continue. The GOP-led Oversight Committee is actively probing the Somali fraud ring to uncover the details and hold those responsible accountable.

Critics argue that Governor Walz and the Democratic Party failed to prevent or address this extensive fraud, allowing it to happen on their watch. The controversy continues to fuel debates concerning accountability and governance in Minnesota.

**Community Reactions**

Many commenters have weighed in on the issue, expressing a range of opinions:

– “Well, I guess he means it’s the ‘white man’s’ fault that they found out the fraud going on in the Somali community—or something, because ‘some people did something.’”

– Another pointed out, “Maybe a white man named Tim Walz.”

– “Yeah, he did it. He’s a white man that let them defraud his state,” added one user.

– Some offered a more sarcastic tone: “Tiny Timmy Tulips Tampons. What a guy. The best male ballerina MinniSota ever saw.”

– Others expressed frustration about the political implications: “With all this crap, how is it the Democrats’ election chances seem to get better and better?”

**Investigation Ongoing**

The GOP Oversight Committee’s inquiry aims to shed more light on the fraud and the role various parties played, including possible regulatory oversights or complicity.

Missing coach wanted on child sex abuse material charges left with gun: Family

The Virginia high school football coach who went missing on November 20 and was later revealed to be wanted on charges involving child sexual abuse material was last seen walking into the woods with a gun, the coach’s family says.

A statement from a law firm representing the family of Travis Turner, released Friday, said:

“The last known contact the family had with Travis occurred on or about Thursday, November 20, after he left his residence to walk in the woods with a firearm. He is believed to have entered a heavily wooded and mountainous area.”

At that time, the statement from attorney Adrian Collins noted that no warrants had been issued for Turner’s arrest. When Turner did not return home that evening, his wife notified law enforcement.

“She was advised that a missing-person report could not be taken until at least 24 hours had passed,” the attorney’s statement said. “The following day, she filed a missing-person report with the Virginia State Police. The family has cooperated fully with law enforcement in their ongoing efforts to locate Travis.”

Agents with the Virginia State Police’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation Wytheville Field Office were en route to Turner’s home on November 20 as part of an investigation when they were informed he was no longer there, police said.

State police later obtained a total of 10 warrants for Turner, 46, of Appalachia, Virginia, including five counts of possession of child pornography and five counts of using a computer to solicit a minor, authorities confirmed.

Turner is a physical education teacher and head football coach at Union High School, in the Wise County public school district, according to the school’s website.

Amid his disappearance, the football team advanced to the Virginia regional final during a 12-0 season and remains undefeated.

Virginia State Police said earlier this week they are actively searching for Turner.

“Since his disappearance, VSP has utilized a number of assets, including search and rescue teams, drones, and K9s, to assist in the search,” state police said in a statement. “VSP’s main priority is locating Turner safely; he is now considered a fugitive.”

The statement from the Turner family’s attorney added that family members and friends have also been searching the woods.

“These efforts have been limited by weather conditions and with respect for the official operations underway,” the statement said. “It is the family’s prayer that Travis is safe and will have the opportunity to defend himself in a court of law.”

Sheriff Chad Bianco, who’s running for California governor, asks donors to help pay legal bills

“Send lawyers, guns and money,” rock legend Warren Zevon once urged in a song. Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco has raised at least $1. 6 million for his 2026 campaign for governor. Now he wants help paying his lawyers. The Republican, who led Democratic frontrunner Katie Porter in a recent poll, started a legal defense fund in late October, campaign finance records show. The fund allows donors to help pay the sheriff’s legal bills for what, it’s not clear. In an emailed response to questions about the fund, Bianco said: “This is your typical biased, selective reporting.” “This is common to most all campaigns,” he said, adding that the fund is unrelated to his work with the county. RELATED: President Trump was a big factor in California’s redistricting war. What about the governor’s race? A check of campaign finance paperwork found no record of legal defense funds for Porter, Steve Hilton, Xavier Becerra, Antonio Villaraigosa or other 2026 gubernatorial hopefuls. Elected officials with legal defense funds include U. S. Sen Adam Schiff, D-California. The federal justice department is investigating Schiff, a prominent critic of President Donald Trump, for mortgage fraud, an allegation the senator denies. There’s nothing to suggest Bianco, who routinely assails Democrats for ruining California, is under criminal investigation. But the outspoken sheriff is dealing with civil litigation. In August, Democrat Stephen J. Cloobeck, who recently dropped out of the governor’s race, sued Bianco alleging the sheriff broke state campaign finance law by wearing his uniform at campaign events. Bianco dismissed Cloobeck’s lawsuit as a publicity stunt. The sheriff also is facing a lawsuit Vem Miller, who was arrested outside a 2024 Trump rally in the Coachella Valley after deputies found a gun in his car. At the time, Bianco said his deputies “probably stopped another assassination attempt” against Trump. Miller, who accuses Bianco of slandering him, denies wanting to kill Trump and has not been charged with trying to assassinate the president. He has said he carries weapons for protection and that he told deputies about his gun at a rally checkpoint. The California attorney general’s office is conducting a civil rights investigation over conditions in Riverside County jails, which Bianco’s department manages. The department also faces multiple lawsuits from families of those who died in its jails. Unless Riverside County supervisors decide otherwise, Bianco won’t have to pay for his legal defense in the jail lawsuits. That’s because the county’s legal team defends his department in court, as it would any county employee sued for actions or conduct pertaining to their job. While donors can give to a legal defense fund just as they would to a candidate’s campaign, the legal fund and the campaign account must be separate, said Sean McMorris, transparency, ethics, and accountability program manager for California Common Cause, a pro-government transparency nonprofit organization. The legal fund’s donors also have to be disclosed, and money from the fund must be spent on legal expenses, McMorris said, adding the spending is limited to what a legal defense is reasonably expected to cost. As of Tuesday, Nov. 25, there’s no online record of donors or donations to Bianco’s legal fund. Once the matter that spurred the legal fund is resolved, a candidate must disband the fund within 90 days and return leftover money on a prorated basis to donors, McMorris said. Legal defense funds pose the same ethical questions as normal campaign accounts, according to McMorris. “It’s money coming from other people,” he said. “So there’s always the issue of it’s a way to potentially curry favor with a person in a position of power.” Often politicians will seek legal defense fund donations “from special interests who want favors from these politicians or favorable votes from these politicians at some point,” McMorris added.

Pentagon threatens to court martial former NASA astronaut

The US Department of Defense on Monday announced it was launching an investigation into a Democratic senator who had participating in a video warning active-duty troops to not follow illegal orders given by President Donald Trump. In a social media post, the DoD said it had “received serious allegations of misconduct” against Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), a retired US Navy captain who was one of several Democrats with backgrounds in national defense to speak out against the president potentially giving unlawful orders that pit the US military against American civilians. As a result of the investigation, the DoD said that Kelly could be recalled to active duty to face potential court-martial proceedings for violating the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). “All servicemembers are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders and that orders are presumed to be lawful,” the DoD said. “A servicemember’s personal philosophy does not justify or excuse the disobedience of an otherwise lawful order.” In addition to Kelly, Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-Mich.) and Reps. Chris Deluzio (D-Penn.), Maggie Goodlander (D-NH), Chrissy Houlahan (D-Md.), and Jason Crow (D-Colo.) appeared in the video. In a follow-up social media post, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth attacked the Democrats in the video as the “seditious six” and said that Kelly had been singled out for investigation because he was the only member who was still subject to UCMJ given his status as a retired Naval officer. “As was announced, the Department is reviewing his statements and actions, which were addressed directly to all troops while explicitly using his rank and service affiliation-lending the appearance of authority to his words,” wrote Hegseth. “Kelly’s conduct brings discredit upon the armed forces and will be addressed appropriately.” Trump has been calling for the prosecution of the six Democrats who appeared in the video for the last several days, and he even went so far as to say in one Truth Social post they deserve to be executed for “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!” Shortly after the Pentagon announced its investigation into Kelly, he responded with a lengthy social media post in which he defended his service record and vowed not to back down despite threats from the Trump administration. “If this is meant to intimidate me and other members of Congress from doing our jobs and holding this administration accountable, it won’t work,” he said. “I’ve given too much to this country to be silenced by bullies who care more about their own power than protecting the Constitution.”.

SJSU volleyball team fails to make conference tournament in first season after trans athlete scandal

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles! It was always going to be a tough act to follow. San Jose State University’s volleyball team was eliminated from making the Mountain West Tournament with a loss Saturday to University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and finished the season under . 500 with a 13-16 overall record and 8-10 in conference play. SJSU outperformed expectations, finishing seventh in the Mountain West after being expected to finish 11th in the conference’s preseason coaches poll after a controversy involving trans athlete Blaire Fleming in 2024. SJSU previously made the conference final with Fleming in 2022, the trans athlete’s first year with the Spartans under former head coach Trent Kersten. CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS. COM The controversy involving Fleming resulted in two lawsuits during the 2024 season, a federal investigation by the U. S. Department of Education and a mass exodus of players. At least seven of the team’s returning players from 2024 entered the transfer portal in December after the season ended. The controversial 2024 season included eight forfeited matches, regular police protection, national scrutiny and internal turmoil between players and coaches. Kress previously said the 2024 season was one of the “most difficult” of his life. Kress is 21st in NCAA women’s volleyball history in wins as a head coach. “This has been one of the most difficult seasons I’ve ever experienced, and I know this is true as well for many of our players and the staff who have been supporting us all along. Maintaining our focus on the court and ensuring the overall safety and well-being of my players amid the external noise have been my priorities,” Kress said. EX-SJSU STAR BROOKE SLUSSER MAKES NEW ALLEGATIONS ABOUT PROBE INTO TRANS TEAMMATE’S ALLEGED PLOT TO HARM HER Kersten was the coach who recruited Fleming to SJSU as a transfer out of Coastal Carolina. Kersten then stepped down after the 2022 season and was replaced by Kress. Former SJSU co-captain Brooke Slusser transferred to SJSU from Alabama in 2023 Then, in September 2024, Slusser joined a lawsuit against the NCAA alleging SJSU officials withheld knowledge about Fleming’s birth gender from her and other players on the team. Slusser alleged she was made to share changing and sleeping spaces with Fleming without knowing that Fleming was a biological male. Slusser, along with several other players in the Mountain West, filed a separate lawsuit against the conference and San Jose State in November 2024 over Fleming’s presence. That lawsuit included testimony from former San Jose State volleyball players Alyssa Sugai and Elle Patterson alleging they were passed over for scholarships in favor of Fleming. Assistant coach Melissa Batie-Smoose was suspended by the program in early November after she filed a Title IX complaint against the university for showing favoritism toward Fleming over the other players, especially Slusser. Batie-Smoose’s complaint also included allegations of Fleming’s plot to have Slusser spiked in the face. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE.

Taiwan set to avoid ‘punishing’ 300% tariffs on semiconductor exports, says report — new trade deal could spur $400 billion investment commitment from island nation

Taiwan National Science and Technology Council Minister Wu Cheng-wen said that the U. S. is not pushing through with its threat of a 300% tariff on chips, at least for those coming from the island. According to the Financial Times, Taiwan is currently finalizing a trade deal with the U. S. while awaiting the results of the U. S. Department of Commerce’s Section 232 investigation. At the moment, U. S. President Donald Trump has applied a 20% tariff on Taiwanese goods, except for semiconductor imports. “They understand that punishing Taiwan is not in their interests,” Wu told the Financial Times. He also said that the island will help the United States with the development of its semiconductor industry, especially with building science parks. “Of course, there’s the recipes of how to make the chips, but it’s also about the science park management, attracting companies, integrating academic research with industry,” he adds. “No other country has done what we have done.” Taiwan currently has three science parks and ten technology industrial parks that make it easier for companies to focus on innovation instead of red tape. These parks serve as nodes for the island’s high-tech industries, facilitating collaboration for firms within these zones. Aside from that, they also have a fixed lease rate, so companies do not have to worry about skyrocketing rental prices just to stay inside these zones. This model has enabled Taiwan to produce some of the most advanced tech institutions in the world, with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), the crowning jewel of the island’s silicon shield and headquartered in Hsinchu Science Park, being one excellent example. Aside from helping the U. S. revive its chipmaking industry, an unnamed U. S. government official suggested that the new trade agreement would also result in a US$400 billion investment commitment from Taiwan. This will be much easier for the island, as TSMC is already investing $165 billion in Arizona to build new fabs and even an R&D center. Other Taiwanese companies, like GlobalWafers, are also spending billions of dollars to expand their presence within the United States. This move might seem like an erosion of the island’s leadership in semiconductor manufacturing, but it’s also taking steps to develop a second “silicon shield.” Taiwan has allocated US$3 billion to turn it into an “AI island” while the government is also focusing on building up other industries, like drones, robotics, and medical technology. More importantly, it has restricted the export of TSMC’s most advanced process technologies to help keep it secure at least in the near future.

US Files Charges In Decades-Old Double Homicide, Wants Man Extradited From India

US Files Charges In Decades-Old Double Homicide, Wants Man Extradited From India Photo: FBI Newark officers at a press conference on Nazeer Hameed who is wanted for murder in NJ. The Burlington County Prosecutor’s office announced on November 18 that Nazeer Hameed has been charged with the double homicide of 38-year-old Sasikala Narra and her six-year-old son, Anish Narra. The victims were found dead by Sasikala’s husband, Hanu Narra, over eight years ago. Hameed, who was in the US on a work visa, was a colleague of Hanu Narra at a New Jersey-based company and resided in the same apartment complex as the family. The suspect reportedly left for India six months after the murders and was believed to be residing there ever since. He was initially identified as a person of interest after being accused of stalking the husband. The charges followed a critical development in the investigation involving DNA evidence. Although Hameed denied an earlier request for a DNA sample, investigators were determined to proceed. In 2024, they obtained a court order compelling his employer, Cognizant, to provide his company-issued laptop. After the laptop was transported to a New Jersey State Police DNA Laboratory in September and October 2024, a DNA contributor was successfully obtained from the device. This sample matched unknown blood found at the crime scene. Hameed was subsequently fired by the company. Following the formal charges, the Burlington County Prosecutor requested that the Trump Administration and the Government of India take swift and decisive action to extradite Hameed to face justice in the US. Authorities stated they still have not identified a clear motive for the killings.

Cause of small fire near Boulder’s Realization Point on Tuesday evening under investigation

BOULDER, Colo. Firefighters extinguished a small fire near Realization Point in Boulder on Tuesday evening, and they have determined it was not sparked by natural causes or electrical infrastructure. Around 8: 40 p. m. Tuesday, residents began calling 911 to report flames on the Flatirons. Boulder Fire-Rescue and its partner agencies began to search the area for the flames, which took about one hour. When they found it near Realization Point, they discovered it had burned roughly one acre. The fire was not threatening any structures. “Wildland firefighters, practiced in navigating steep, rugged terrain, immediately began extinguishment efforts and constructing a fire line to secure the area,” Boulder Fire-Rescue said. “Working in the dark on rocky slopes, crews carried more than 50 pounds of gear while hiking terrain that is considered moderately challenging even during the day. Their skill and endurance allowed them to overcome difficult conditions and contain the fire.” The fire was fully contained at 1 a. m. Within the following two hours, most crews had been released from the area, but a small number of them stayed there to patrol for hotspots and continue mop-up work. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. However, authorities have ruled out natural causes and electrical infrastructure. Artist Point off of Realization Point and the Boy Scout Trail are closed Wednesday. In addition to Boulder Fire-Rescue, several other agencies responded to this small fire, including Sugarloaf Fire, Boulder Emergency Squad and drone team, Fourmile Fire, Sunshine Canyon Fire, Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, and Open Space and Mountain Parks rangers.
