Donald Trump Issues H-1B Visa Update

President Donald Trump has defended his recent support for H-1B visas, arguing that the United States needs to bring in skilled foreign workers to bolster key industries, despite backlash from within his base. Speaking to reporters at the Oval Office on Monday, Trump said America no longer had enough trained workers in specialized areas like semiconductor manufacturing, and that importing talent was necessary until domestic workers could be trained. “We don’t make chips too much here anymore, but we are going to be in a period of a year, we’re going to have a big portion of the chip market. But we have to train our people to make chips,” he said. Why It Matters Trump’s renewed defense of the H-1B program puts him directly at odds with some of the most vocal figures in the MAGA movement, who view the visas as harmful to American workers and a betrayal of his immigration stance. His comments expose a growing tension inside the Republican Party, as the party’s populist wing seeks to curb high-skilled immigration, while the tech and manufacturing sectors warn that foreign workers are essential to fill gaps in domestic expertise. What To Know Trump recently sparked backlash from his supporters when he defended the H-1B visa program while speaking to Fox News’ Laura Ingraham. “You also do have to bring in talent,” he told her. When Ingraham contended that the U. S. had “plenty of talented people,” Trump responded: “No, you don’t, no you don’t. “You don’t have certain talents, and people have to learn. You can’t take people off an unemployment line and say ‘I’m gonna put you into a factory and we’re going to make missiles,'” he said. On Monday, the president doubled down, arguing that American workers did not have the skills needed to produce semiconductors, an industry he said the U. S. had “foolishly” allowed to move largely to Taiwan, and which he now planned to grow domestically. Many prominent Republicans have advocated for limiting or abolishing the H-1B visa program entirely. The Trump administration earlier this year introduced a $100,000 fee for companies seeking H-1B visas for their workers. What People Are Saying Conservative podcaster Steven Crowder wrote on X in response to Trump’s comments: “There’s no shortage of talent in America. If H-1B visas were really about ‘the best and brightest,’ they wouldn’t all go to the cheapest bidder.” Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene said on X last week: “I am introducing a bill to END the mass replacement of American workers by aggressively phasing out the H-1B program. Big Tech, AI giants, hospitals, and industries across the board have abused the H-1B system to cut out our own people.” Florida’s Republican Governor Ron DeSantis said on X last week: “Republicans have a majority in Congress and could legislate elimination of H-1B (and any programs designed to import cheap foreign labor). Deeds, not words, are what matter.” What Happens Next Trump’s support for H-1B visas is likely to continue to put him at odds with conservatives who want to curb foreign labor.

Is SOL Undervalued? $BEST Token and Its Web3 Wallet Could Be the Next 10x Opportunity

What to Know: Solana’s ecosystem growth and institutional integrations highlight rising demand for tools that match its speed, security, and expanding real-world utility. Rising developer activity and on-chain innovation reinforce the view that Solana remains undervalued, increasing the need for wallets that fully support its ecosystem. Best Wallet’s MPC security and integrated DEXes deliver a unified, high-security experience tailored to users engaging with fast-growing networks like Solana. The EST token powers a mobile-first, no-KYC wallet ecosystem built to simplify Web3 access while giving users full control and utility-driven rewards. As the crypto market matures, investors are constantly searching for the next big opportunity. This has led to a renewed focus on assets that may be flying under the radar, sparking debates around whether major players like Solana are undervalued. Even as OL’s ecosystem continues to mature, some traders believe this crypto is yet to show its full potential. Right now, OL is holding firm at a key technical support zone around $128-$130, with OL now back above $130). This could form the foundation for a strong rebound if the price reclaims higher levels. Behind this stability lies a thriving ecosystem: hackathons and developer events are flourishing, signaling deep and sustained innovation on the chain. Institutional and retail adoption are also scaling up rapidly. Cash App plans to support USDC payments on Solana in 2026, and SoFi has enabled OL trading directly from checking accounts. On-chain use cases are broadening beyond DeFi: real-world projects are tapping into Solana for credit instruments, lending, and other financial applications. Meanwhile, record-breaking fundraising and product launches, from prediction markets to native hardware wallets, demonstrate that Solana’s ecosystem isn’t just growing, it’s evolving. This strong fundamental backdrop of technical resilience, growing adoption, and real utility suggests that OL’s current valuation may not fully reflect its potential. And that’s where Best Wallet Token (EST) comes in: as users look for more secure, accessible, and powerful ways to interact with high-potential blockchains like Solana, EST’s next-gen wallet ecosystem is uniquely positioned to capture this momentum and turn this utility token into a 10x opportunity. That’s because the new conversation isn’t just about price charts; it reflects a deeper trend of users seeking more efficient, secure, and feature-rich ways to interact with crypto. This demand for innovation has exposed cracks in the offerings of established wallet providers. Many are either centralized, creating potential points of failure, or decentralized but lack the mobile-first, user-friendly interface needed for mainstream adoption. They offer basic functions but little else, failing to provide the added benefits and utility that today’s crypto users expect. This gap in the market creates a significant opportunity for a new solution to emerge, one that combines top-tier security with a comprehensive suite of tools designed for both new and experienced investors. Best Wallet and EST Redefine On-Chain Security and Access In a landscape where security is paramount, Best Wallet sets a new standard. It is the first fully integrated wallet to use Fireblocks’ advanced MPC-CMP technology, providing institutional-grade security that protects users from common threats like private key theft. This technology removes the single point of failure associated with traditional seed phrases, offering peace of mind. This focus on security is paired with a commitment to accessibility. The platform features a unique ‘Upcoming Tokens’ launchpad, which simplifies the often-complex process of participating in presales. It provides users with vetted, early-stage opportunities, removing barriers for those looking to get in on the ground floor of new projects. This feature is crucial for investors searching for the next breakout token, whether it’s a Solana meme coin or an emerging ecosystem project. Find out more about this wallet ecosystem in our Best Wallet token review. The project’s momentum is undeniable. The Best Wallet Token presale has already raised an impressive $17M+, with EST currently priced at $0. 025965. This strong early performance signals significant investor confidence in its vision to create the easiest and safest crypto wallet on the market. Check the live EST presale. A Multi-Chain Future Demands More Than Basic Swaps Today’s crypto landscape is a multi-chain universe, and Best Wallet is built for it. The platform features the Best DEX aggregator, powered by Rubic, which connects to over 50 chains, 200+ DEXs, and 20 cross-chain bridges. This ensures users always get the best rates for swaps with minimal fees, all within a single, intuitive interface. The EST token presale is seeing serious attention thanks to this powerful utility. On-chain data shows whale wallets accumulated $30K+ in single transactions, with the largest recent purchase hitting $30. 2K on November 17. This follows several older large transactions, like a $70. 2K whale buy back in September. This ‘smart money’ movement suggests big retail investors see long-term potential in the project’s comprehensive approach. For those wondering if Solana is undervalued, the activity around innovative infrastructure like Best Wallet provides a compelling narrative. And beyond its trading capabilities, the EST token offers tangible benefits within the ecosystem. Holders gain access to reduced transaction fees and can participate in staking immediately during the presale. With 800M tokens allocated for dynamic APY rewards (now at 76%), early backers can start earning returns on their investment from day one, creating a powerful incentive to join the growing community. The project’s robust features make a strong case for its EST’s price potential, with our forecast putting the token at a $0. 05 high in 2026 a 1. 9x growth from today’s price of $0. 025965. For those ready to participate, the process is straightforward; learn how to buy the Best Wallet token and secure your position in this innovative ecosystem. Join the EST presale today. 3 reasons why DC retaining T Natarajan ahead of IPL 2026 Auction was the right move despite heavy price tag

Ahead of the IPL 2026 auction, scheduled for December 16 in Abu Dhabi, the Delhi Capitals (DC) announced their retention list on November 15. The franchise held on to 17 players, including seamer T Natarajan, and also brought in Nitish Rana through a trade with the Rajasthan Royals (RR). Although most of the retentions were expected, Natarajan’s name surprised many, especially since he bowled only three overs in the 2025 season despite being signed for ₹10. 75 crore at the mega auction. Speaking to Star Sports, DC head coach Hemang Badani clarified that the Tamil Nadu pacer missed the majority of the last season due to injury, explaining that: “Last year, what happened with Nattu (Natarajan) was something many people didn’t know. Many were questioning why he wasn’t being played and saying he is such a good bowler and yet was not played despite costing ₹11 crore. But people need to understand that we have also played enough cricket ourselves. If I am paying someone ₹11 crore, I wouldn’t keep him on the bench without a reason. The real reason was that Nattu wasn’t fit. He was injured for a long time, and even when he became ready to return, he got injured again. Because of that, his entire season kept getting delayed, and we couldn’t play him.” As Delhi Capitals once again placed their trust in the 34-year-old, here are three reasons why retaining T Natarajan ahead of the IPL 2026 auction was the right call despite the hefty price tag. #1 Strengthens DC’s death-overs blueprint alongside Mitchell Starc As Delhi Capitals retained T Natarajan, a fully fit Tamil Nadu pacer could form a formidable death-overs partnership with Australia’s Mitchell Starc. In the 2025 season, Starc claimed 14 wickets in 11 matches, including a five-wicket haul, but his economy rate of 10. 16 is something he will aim to improve in the upcoming edition. Looking at their death-overs numbers, Natarajan has taken 38 wickets in 54 IPL innings at an economy of 10. 38, while Starc has 29 wickets in 35 innings with an economy of 9. 05. If both left-arm seamers operate together, combining their yorkers and variations, DC could finally have a reliable and potent death-overs bowling unit. #2 Limited Indian fast-bowling options make retaining him essential Another reason Delhi Capitals chose to retain the 34-year-old is the limited availability of Indian fast bowlers in the upcoming auction. Since the 2026 auction will be a mini auction, most teams have held on to their key players, including their core group of Indian seamers. With only a small pool of quality Indian pacers expected to be available, retaining Natarajan was a smart decision. His extensive IPL experience, along with his appearances for India across formats, makes him a valuable asset and a difficult player for DC to release, even at a price of ₹10. 75 crore #3 TNPL 2025 performances suggest he remains an impactful T20 bowler Although T Natarajan missed almost the entire IPL season, he delivered an impressive performance in the 2025 Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL). Representing Idream Tiruppur Tamizhans, he played a key role in their title-winning campaign, claiming 10 wickets in nine matches at an average of 19. 60, a strike rate of 17. 90, and an excellent economy of 6. 56. With Natarajan still demonstrating his quality, and if he stays fit for the 2026 edition, he could be a major asset as DC push for their maiden title.

OnePlus 15R to arrive soon with a surprise accomplice

Rushil Agrawal / Android Authority TL; DR After launching the OnePlus 15, OnePlus has begun teasing the 15R. The OnePlus 15R is expected to be a rebadged version of the Ace 6, which was launched in China last month. OnePlus is also teasing a new smartwatch, which may be a rebadged OPPO Watch. Last week, OnePlus unveiled its latest top-tier phone, the OnePlus 15, but skipped a crucial element. Over the past few years, the company’s flagships have been accompanied by less premium but more value-for-money flagship killers, denoted by an “R” suffix. Naturally, we were also expecting the OnePlus 15R at the event last week. However, OnePlus made no mention of the phone, besides briefly stating it would be “coming soon.” Fortunately, the company has now begun teasing the OnePlus 15R, which is likely to raise our expectations for a launch soon. OnePlus’ sites for the UK and India have already begun teasing the OnePlus 15R, showcasing a silhouette of the upcoming phone. In the teaser, it can be seen in two colors: dark gray and metallic green. While the teaser doesn’t reveal much about the phone or its design, we catch glimpses of another recently launched OnePlus device the OnePlus Ace 6, which launched in China last month. OnePlus OnePlus 15R teaser without and with edited shadows. By editing the teaser to better illuminate shadows, we can see the design of the OnePlus Ace 6 much more clearly. What gives us more confidence in the assumption is that OnePlus Ace 5 (Ace 6’s predecessor) was rebadged as the OnePlus 13R for global markets. Don’t want to miss the best from Android Authority? Set us as a favorite source in Google Discover to never miss our latest exclusive reports, expert analysis, and much more. You can also set us as a preferred source in Google Search by clicking the button below. Based on the specifications of the Ace 6 and earlier precedents of using the previous year’s flagship chip, we can expect the OnePlus 15R to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, with RAM and storage options comparable to the OnePlus 15. There’s a 6. 83-inch 1. 5K AMOLED screen with the same 165Hz refresh rate as the premium model. Along with the display, the Ace 6 also brings an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, replacing the optical one on the Ace 5. The Chinese variant features a substantially large 7, 800mAh battery and supports 120W charging. We’re unsure whether that can be successfully translated for global markets. However, there’s one area where the OnePlus Ace 6 appears to be significantly downgraded, and that’s the camera. The Ace 6 ditches the 2x telephoto from the Ace 5 or OnePlus 13R, while maintaining the same 50MP primary and 8MP ultrawide angle cameras the series has relied on since the 12R. While the OnePlus 13R’s most considerable charm is its $599 price tag, we’d have to wait and see whether that is replicated once again for the 15R as well. Meanwhile, OnePlus is also teasing a “New Watch” to launch alongside the 15R. We currently only have an outline (no silhouettes). However, the round crown button strikingly reminds us of the OPPO Watch S, which was also launched in China last month. This new watch could, therefore, be another rebrand. OPPO OPPO Watch S It features a design similar to the OnePlus Watch 3 and boasts tall claims of battery life specifically, a 10-day backup. The extended backup stems from the fact that the Watch S uses a custom OS instead of Google’s Wear OS platform, which may be due to OnePlus’ current struggles with updating its existing watches to the latest Wear OS version. Although there are no details about the launch on the teaser pages, OnePlus India recently told Android Authority that the 15R is slated to arrive “before the end of the year,” and we expect the new watch to tag along. Notably, OnePlus’s US site does not mention these new launches, so we may experience a delay here, given the current hold-up in the OnePlus 15’s launch. Follow.

The arrangement marks Mushroom’s strategy to expand its presence in the Americas, it said in a press release on Tuesday (November 18). Police searching for gunman involved in Central Fresno shooting

Fresno Police are pleading for the public’s help, with a gunman on the loose after a deadly weekend shooting in Central Fresno. Around 3: 00 a. m. Saturday, police responded to a report of a fight at an apartment complex near Ninth Street and Olive Avenue. ‘It appears there was a party in one of the apartments of the complex, during which time it became too large and uncontrollable for the individual who was hosting it,” said Fresno Police Lieutenant Brian Valles. Guests were sent out into a common area, and that’s where the fight turned into gunfire, hitting two people. “One was a 33-year-old adult male, who was suffering from gunshot wounds to his lower body. This individual was transported to CRMC, treated, and then released. The other was our victim in this incident, Jordon Aubuchon, 22 years old, Fresno,” said Lt. Valles. Aubuchon was transported to Community Regional Medical Center in Downtown Fresno, where he would die from his injuries. Amid online speculation about the victim’s potential gang involvement, we pressed police about his background. Lt. Valles described him as someone not typically involved in these situations. “Minimal, very minimal criminal history, I think essentially a misdemeanor offense, but nothing indicating, there’s no gang indication or anything like that,” Lt. Valles said. Signs of the tragedy remain at the Laurel Canyon Apartments. Outside sits a small vigil, with candles burning as the rain poured down. And online, family grieving the loss of a young life. calling Aubuchon an “amazing kid,” who “didn’t deserve this.” Police say they’ve spoken to several witnesses but they need the public’s help to find the killer. Lt. Valles said, “I think it’s important that if anyone has any information on the individual who they know did this, because we know that there are witnesses. Being that the fact that there was a large party and by the time the officers got there, everyone was already kind of spread out and dispersed.” Action News did reach out to the victim’s family for a statement, but they declined. Anyone with information regarding a potential suspect is asked to contact the Fresno Police Department.

FanHub Revolutionizes Sports Fandom Economy with Avalanche Blockchain

FanHub, a pioneering platform in the Fantech space, is set to revolutionize the sports fandom landscape by leveraging decentralized technology. According to Avax. network, this innovative platform aims to create an organic economy where new value flows are established between fans, teams, and brands. The Broken Traditional Model For over a century, the sports business model has seen little evolution, with fans contributing passion and money primarily benefiting broadcasters and social platforms. Traditional sponsorships focus on brand awareness without clear ROI, often excluding smaller businesses. FanHub seeks to disrupt this model by turning fan engagement into a transaction layer that offers tangible rewards, democratizing access for smaller businesses. Addressing Fan Needs Fans often seek recognition and tangible benefits, yet the current system provides little in return. Traditional sponsorships are costly and designed for large brands, leaving small and midsized businesses at a disadvantage. FanHub addresses these issues with a mobile-first, gamified app that generates economic value from fan interactions. Features include match check-ins, lineup predictions, and fan stats, all verified on the Avalanche blockchain. Innovative Offerings FanHub rewards users with LYLTY Points, redeemable for a variety of incentives such as free merchandise, partner discounts, and soon, vouchers with major food delivery apps. Businesses can also join as LYLTY Partners, allowing them to offer loyalty rewards to customers without upfront costs. This infrastructure has been approved by major financial institutions like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, ensuring a seamless user experience. Expanding Market Reach The platform targets a vast £0. 5 trillion market encompassing sports betting, sponsorship, and fan travel. FanHub has strategically focused on UK football, identifying opportunities in lower leagues before expanding globally. This approach has attracted interest from high-profile clubs and international teams, aiming to reach half a million active wallets in the next year. Team and Future Prospects FanHub is led by CEO Gareth Lippiatt, who brings two decades of sports tech experience, and CIO Harley Thorne, known for his DevOps expertise. Backed by investors like Avalanche and Blockchange, FanHub plans to expand its partnerships across various leagues and teams through 2026, coinciding with the World Cup in the US. Impact on Avalanche FanHub’s integration with the Avalanche blockchain marks a significant step towards mainstream adoption of token economies. With a focus on habitual behaviors rather than speculative activities, FanHub has achieved substantial wallet growth, representing a notable percentage of active Avalanche C-Chain wallets on match days. This initiative exemplifies Fantech at scale, using decentralized technology to foster new economic opportunities within the sports fandom ecosystem.

Illegal Alien Released by Biden, Charged in Hammer Attack on Texas Jogger [WATCH]

A Texas woman is recovering after authorities say she was attacked with a hammer by an illegal immigrant who had previously been released by the Biden administration despite multiple arrests, as reported by Fox News. The incident occurred in Plano on Nov. 13 at Bob Woodruff Park, according to FOX 4. Police responded to a report of an assault at approximately 5 p. m. When officers arrived, the victim told them she had been jogging in the park when an unknown man struck her with a hammer at least twice. She fought back, and the suspect fled the scene. The victim was taken to a hospital, where she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. This Could Be the Most Important Video Gun Owners Watch All Year Investigators identified 17-year-old Sergio Noe de Nova Duarte as the suspected attacker after locating several items at the scene, FOX 4 reported. Police recovered the hammer allegedly used in the attack, along with duct tape and additional undisclosed items. Duarte was taken into custody, and according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), immigration authorities placed an arrest detainer on him. DHS said Duarte has been charged with aggravated kidnapping and bodily injury. Federal officials said Duarte originally entered the United States in 2016 on a B2 tourist visa and was ordered to return to Mexico later that same year. According to DHS, Duarte has a substantial criminal history, including arrests for burglary and larceny in 2024. Following his 2024 arrests, DHS said the Biden administration released Duarte with a notice to appear before an immigration judge in 2026. He remained in the country pending immigration proceedings. Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin issued a statement after the Nov. 13 attack, criticizing the earlier release. “This criminal illegal alien should have never been loose in our communities to attack this woman jogging in a park with a hammer,” McLaughlin said. “Following this illegal alien’s arrest in 2024, the Biden Administration released this criminal illegal alien back into our communities. Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, ICE lodged an arrest detainer to ensure this criminal illegal alien is never able to prey on innocent women in our country again.” Plano police have not yet released further details regarding the investigation or whether additional charges may be filed. DHS did not disclose whether Duarte is expected to face immigration court proceedings before resolution of the criminal case. The victim has not been publicly identified, and authorities said she is expected to recover.
