Broad daylight, middle of the road: Video shows brazen big rig burglary in Chino

Two people were arrested after authorities said they broke into a big rig while it was stopped in traffic in a brazen and apparently bungled burglary caught on video.

The video, shared by the Chino Police Department, shows two vehicles stopping at a red light in front of and behind a big rig on Friday. The car in front of the rig stops noticeably short of the intersection and remains stationary even after the light changes.

As the suspects appear to approach the back of the semi, the truck driver can be seen getting out and running to confront them. According to the truck driver, the suspects severed the lock on his trailer around this time. Shortly after, the vehicle in front of the rig drives away.

As the driver moves toward the vehicle behind the rig—a van—a person can be seen fleeing the scene on foot. The van then speeds away.

Officers later pulled the van over on an on-ramp to the 60 Freeway and arrested two suspects, identified as residents of Los Angeles and Cudahy. No other information about those arrested, or others who may have been involved, was immediately available.

The truck driver had called police to report that the suspects had cut the trailer lock and stolen computer equipment, according to a statement posted on social media by the Chino Police Department.

“During a search of the vehicle, officers located burglary tools and recovered the stolen property, valued at approximately $7,000, which was returned to the company,” the police department wrote.

Two boys arrested after Livermore stolen car pursuit ends in crash into apartment building

LIVERMORE Two boys a 14-year-old suspected driver and a 15-year-old passenger were arrested Tuesday after leading police on a chase in a stolen car that ended up crashing into an apartment building. Police said it was the second time in less than a week that the 14-year-old had fled police in a stolen vehicle. Authorities did not release information about that pursuit. Tuesday’s incident started about 1 a. m. after officers saw a vehicle traveling eastbound on Interstate 580 near El Charro Road that matched the description of a recently reported stolen vehicle. Officers followed the vehicle off the freeway onto Isabel Avenue and attempted to stop it near Jack London and Murrieta boulevards. The driver failed to stop and a pursuit began with the vehicle traveling at high speed twice the posted limit at times and running stop signs, police said. Officers briefly lost sight of the vehicle but later spotted it again at the Leahy Square Apartments, some three miles away in the 3200 block of Leahy Way. As officers approached the vehicle it fled for a second time and moments later the two suspects jumped out of the still-moving vehicle, police said. The vehicle then rolled into the side of an apartment building, causing an estimated $5,000 in damages, police said. Both suspects were quickly detained and officers confirmed the vehicle had been stolen the previous day. The youths were arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle, evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for public safety, and vandalism/property damage. They were booked at Alameda County Juvenile Hall.. Check back for updates on this developing story.

Police searching for gunman involved in Central Fresno shooting

Fresno Police are pleading for the public’s help, with a gunman on the loose after a deadly weekend shooting in Central Fresno. Around 3: 00 a. m. Saturday, police responded to a report of a fight at an apartment complex near Ninth Street and Olive Avenue. ‘It appears there was a party in one of the apartments of the complex, during which time it became too large and uncontrollable for the individual who was hosting it,” said Fresno Police Lieutenant Brian Valles. Guests were sent out into a common area, and that’s where the fight turned into gunfire, hitting two people. “One was a 33-year-old adult male, who was suffering from gunshot wounds to his lower body. This individual was transported to CRMC, treated, and then released. The other was our victim in this incident, Jordon Aubuchon, 22 years old, Fresno,” said Lt. Valles. Aubuchon was transported to Community Regional Medical Center in Downtown Fresno, where he would die from his injuries. Amid online speculation about the victim’s potential gang involvement, we pressed police about his background. Lt. Valles described him as someone not typically involved in these situations. “Minimal, very minimal criminal history, I think essentially a misdemeanor offense, but nothing indicating, there’s no gang indication or anything like that,” Lt. Valles said. Signs of the tragedy remain at the Laurel Canyon Apartments. Outside sits a small vigil, with candles burning as the rain poured down. And online, family grieving the loss of a young life. calling Aubuchon an “amazing kid,” who “didn’t deserve this.” Police say they’ve spoken to several witnesses but they need the public’s help to find the killer. Lt. Valles said, “I think it’s important that if anyone has any information on the individual who they know did this, because we know that there are witnesses. Being that the fact that there was a large party and by the time the officers got there, everyone was already kind of spread out and dispersed.” Action News did reach out to the victim’s family for a statement, but they declined. Anyone with information regarding a potential suspect is asked to contact the Fresno Police Department.

Plant Easter Egg guide in Black Ops 7 Zombies Ashes of the Damned

The **Ashes of the Damned** is a massive map available for **Black Ops 7 Zombies**, and one of its hidden secrets is the **Plant Easter Egg**. This Easter Egg is easy to accomplish and offers a good reward upon completion. The best part is that you can continue completing it as long as you find the green glowing plants on the floor.

Upon completion, the Easter Egg guarantees a minimum of **500 Salvage**, and sometimes you can even receive weapons and other valuable items. In my playthrough, I completed the Easter Egg in Round 2 and received a rare weapon, which was very helpful during the initial rounds.

In this article, I will provide detailed information on how you can complete the Plant Easter Egg in **Black Ops 7 Zombies: Ashes of the Damned**.

## How to Complete the Plant Easter Egg in Black Ops 7 Zombies: Ashes of the Damned

You can start working on the Plant Easter Egg right from the very first round of your match. However, it requires following a specific sequence of steps:

### Step 1: Collect a Fumigator
First, you need to pick up a **Fumigator**. There are four available throughout the map:

– One in **Janus Tower Plaza**, where you spawn
– One in **Judgement Square** area in Ashwood
– One in the **Toolshed** in the Blackwater Lake POI
– One inside the **barn** in Vandorn Farm POI

Since you only need one Fumigator, it’s recommended to collect the one in your spawn POI itself. From your spawn area in Janus Tower Plaza, walk a few steps, take a right, and you will see a generator. The Fumigator will be located right beside it.

### Step 2: Spray on the Green Plants
Once you have the Fumigator, head toward any of the green glowing plants scattered around the map. When you’re near a plant, a **Spray** prompt will appear. Spray the plant to activate the sequence.

After spraying, you will need to **defend the plant for 30 seconds** as zombies will attack it. During this time, the plant will slowly inflate until it explodes, dropping your rewards.

### Why Complete the Plant Easter Egg?
The Plant Easter Egg is an interesting and easy-to-complete challenge in Ashes of the Damned. Completing it early in the game can give you useful rewards that will help you survive the initial rounds. Since you can repeat the process with other green plants, it’s a reliable way to earn Salvage and sometimes rare weapons.
