DOGE Price Prediction: Targeting $0.21 Resistance Before Potential Rally to $0.25

DOGE Price Prediction Summary

  • DOGE short-term target (1 week): $0.18 – $0.19 (+12.5% to +18.75%)
  • Dogecoin medium-term forecast (1 month): $0.21 – $0.25 (+31% to +56%)
  • Key level to break for bullish continuation: $0.21 (immediate resistance)
  • Critical support if bearish: $0.15 (immediate support) and $0.10 (strong support)

Recent Dogecoin Price Predictions from Analysts

While specific analyst predictions from the past three days are limited, the current technical setup provides clear signals for our DOGE price prediction framework. The absence of recent bearish analyst calls, combined with Dogecoin’s oversold positioning near Bollinger Band support, suggests the market may be underestimating DOGE’s near-term potential.

Technical indicators are painting a more optimistic picture than recent price action might suggest, creating an opportunity for contrarian positioning in our Dogecoin forecast.

DOGE Technical Analysis: Setting Up for Reversal

The current Dogecoin technical analysis reveals compelling oversold conditions that typically precede significant price rebounds. With DOGE trading at around $0.16, the token sits precisely at its pivot point, having found support after a recent decline.

The RSI reading of 32.68 places Dogecoin in neutral territory but leaning toward oversold conditions—historically a favorable setup for price recovery. More importantly, the MACD histogram at -0.0017 shows bearish momentum is weakening, suggesting selling pressure may be exhausting itself.

DOGE’s position at -0.02 relative to the Bollinger Bands indicates the price is hugging the lower band support at $0.17, a technical condition often signaling an impending bounce. The 24-hour trading volume of nearly $500 million on Binance demonstrates sustained institutional interest despite the recent price weakness.

Dogecoin Price Targets: Bull and Bear Scenarios

Bullish Case for DOGE
Our primary DOGE price target focuses on the immediate resistance at $0.21, representing the upper Bollinger Band and a 31% upside from current levels. A successful break above this level would activate a more ambitious Dogecoin forecast targeting the 52-week high of $0.29.

The bullish scenario requires DOGE to first reclaim the 20-day Simple Moving Average (SMA 20) at $0.19, which would signal the beginning of a trend reversal. Once above $0.21, the next significant resistance doesn’t appear until $0.25, offering a clear runway for price appreciation.

Volume confirmation above 600 million daily would strengthen this bullish DOGE price prediction, indicating institutional accumulation at these oversold levels.

Bearish Risk for Dogecoin
The bearish scenario for our Dogecoin forecast involves a breakdown below immediate support at $0.15. Such a move would target the strong support zone at $0.10, representing a 37.5% decline from current levels.

Key risk factors include Bitcoin correlation breakdown, broader crypto market weakness, or failure to hold the current pivot point at $0.16. The bearish case would be confirmed by an RSI dropping below 30 and sustained trading below the lower Bollinger Band.

Should You Buy DOGE Now?

Entry Strategy
Based on our Dogecoin technical analysis, the current $0.16 level presents a compelling risk-reward setup for strategic accumulation. The optimal entry strategy involves scaling into positions between $0.15 and $0.16, using immediate support as a natural stop-loss level.

For conservative traders, waiting for a break above $0.18 (SMA 7) would provide confirmation of trend reversal before establishing full positions. This approach reduces risk while still capturing the majority of the projected move to our DOGE price target of $0.21.

Risk management requires a strict stop-loss at $0.14, representing a 12.5% maximum loss while preserving capital for the 31-56% upside potential in our base case scenario. Position sizing should reflect the medium confidence level of this prediction, suggesting 2-3% portfolio allocation for most investors considering buying DOGE at current levels.

DOGE Price Prediction Conclusion

Our comprehensive DOGE price prediction anticipates a recovery rally to $0.21 within 2-3 weeks, followed by potential extension to $0.25 over the next month. This forecast carries medium-to-high confidence based on oversold technical conditions and strong support at current levels.

Key indicators to monitor for confirmation include RSI breaking above 40, MACD histogram turning positive, and sustained trading above the $0.18 SMA 7 level. Invalidation of this Dogecoin forecast would occur on a decisive break below $0.15 support.

Timeline expectations suggest initial movement toward $0.18 – $0.19 within 5-7 trading days, with the full rally to our primary DOGE price target of $0.21 materializing within 4-6 weeks, assuming broader crypto market stability.

What to know about the Supreme Court arguments over Trump’s tariffs

WASHINGTON (AP) — Three lower courts have ruled illegal President Donald Trump’s use of emergency powers to impose worldwide tariffs. Now, the Supreme Court — with three justices Trump appointed and generally favorable to muscular presidential power — will have the final word.

In roughly two dozen emergency appeals, the justices have largely sided with Trump, allowing parts of his aggressive second-term agenda to take effect temporarily while lawsuits proceed. But the case being argued Wednesday marks the first time the court will render a final decision on a central Trump policy. The stakes are enormous, both politically and financially, as Trump has made tariffs a cornerstone of his economic and foreign policy, declaring it would be a “disaster” if the Supreme Court rules against him.

**What to Know: The Supreme Court Tariff Case**

**1. What Are Tariffs?**

Tariffs are taxes on imports, paid by companies that bring finished products or parts into the country. These costs are often passed on to consumers. Through September, the government reported collecting $195 billion in revenue from the tariffs.

**2. Who Has the Power to Impose Tariffs?**

The U.S. Constitution gives Congress the power to impose tariffs. However, Trump claimed extraordinary authority to act without congressional approval by declaring national emergencies under the 1977 International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).

In February, Trump invoked the law to impose tariffs on Canada, Mexico, and China, stating that illegal immigration and drug flows across the U.S. border amounted to a national emergency. He further imposed global tariffs in April, declaring trade deficits a “national emergency.”

**3. Legal Challenges to Trump’s Tariffs**

Businesses and states backed by libertarian groups challenged Trump’s actions in court. Trump’s opponents won rulings from a specialized trade court, a Washington, D.C., district judge, and a business-focused appeals court. All found that Trump could not justify tariffs under the emergency powers law, which does not explicitly mention tariffs. However, these courts left the tariffs in place while legal proceedings continue.

The appeals court relied on the “major questions” doctrine — a legal principle set by the Supreme Court that requires Congress to speak clearly on issues of “vast economic and political significance.”

**4. The Major Questions Doctrine — and Its Precedents**

The ‘major questions’ doctrine has played a decisive role in high-profile cases. Conservative majorities on the court struck down three separate Biden-era initiatives related to the COVID-19 pandemic, ending a pause on evictions, blocking a vaccine mandate for large businesses, and preventing a $500 billion student loan forgiveness program.

In comparison, the stakes in the tariff case are much higher, with taxes estimated to generate $3 trillion over ten years. Challengers have pointed to writings by the three Trump appointees — Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh — urging the court to apply similar limitations to Trump’s policies.

Barrett, for example, used a babysitter analogy in the student loans case to stress the need for clear congressional instruction: “Permission to spend money on fun authorizes a babysitter to take children to the local ice cream parlor or movie theater, not on a multiday excursion to an out-of-town amusement park,” Barrett wrote.

Kavanaugh, though, has suggested the court should not apply the same restrictive standard to foreign policy and national security.

**5. Congress’s Power to Delegate**

Some business plaintiffs are advancing a separate argument appealing to conservative justices: that Congress cannot constitutionally delegate its taxing authority to the president. The so-called nondelegation principle has not been used in 90 years, since the Supreme Court struck down some New Deal laws. However, Gorsuch authored a recent dissent arguing that Congress ceding too much lawmaking power to the executive branch is unconstitutional, with Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas joining.

**6. An Unusually Fast Turnaround**

The Supreme Court only agreed to hear the case in September, scheduling arguments in under two months — a notably quick turnaround. This suggests the court may act faster than usual, as high-profile cases can typically take half a year or more for a final decision due to extended drafting of majority and dissenting opinions.

Showing how quickly it can move under deadline pressure, the court recently ruled just a week after arguments in the TikTok case, unanimously upholding a law that requires the social media app to be banned unless sold by its Chinese parent company. Trump himself has intervened multiple times to keep the law from taking effect while negotiations continue with China.

**Stay Tuned**

The Supreme Court’s impending decision could have far-reaching effects on U.S. economic policy and presidential authority — as well as the pocketbooks of American businesses and consumers.

Zohran Mamdani’s rise: From Queens lawmaker to New York City mayor

NEW YORK (AP) — When he announced his run for mayor last October, Zohran Mamdani was a state lawmaker unknown to most New York City residents. But that changed dramatically after the 34-year-old democratic socialist shocked the national political scene with a stunning upset over former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo in June’s Democratic primary.

On Tuesday, Mamdani completed his political ascension by once again defeating Cuomo, as well as Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa, in the general election. The former foreclosure prevention counselor and one-time rapper becomes New York City’s first Muslim mayor, its first mayor born in Africa, and the first of South Asian heritage—not to mention the youngest mayor in more than a century.

“I will wake up each morning with a singular purpose: To make this city better for you than it was the day before,” Mamdani promised New Yorkers in his victory speech.

### Mamdani’s Progressive Promises for New York City

Mamdani ran on an optimistic vision for New York City, offering a campaign packed with ambitious policies aimed at lowering the cost of living for everyday residents. His proposals included free child care, free bus rides, a rent freeze for tenants in rent-regulated apartments, and new affordable housing—much of it funded by raising taxes on the wealthy.

Additionally, Mamdani proposed launching a pilot program for city-run grocery stores to combat high food prices.

Since his Democratic primary win, Mamdani has moderated some of his more polarizing rhetoric, particularly around law enforcement. He backed off a 2020 social media post calling to “defund” the New York Police Department (NYPD) and publicly apologized to NYPD officers for describing the department as “racist” in another post.

While Mamdani is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America, he insists that he is running on his own distinct platform and does not embrace all of the activist group’s priorities, some of which include ending mandatory jail time for certain crimes and cutting police budgets.

### NYC’s First Muslim Mayor

Mamdani embraced his faith amid the anti-Muslim rhetoric that marked the campaign’s final weeks. Outside a Bronx mosque in late October, he spoke emotionally about the “indignities” long faced by the city’s Muslim population and vowed to fully embrace his identity.

“I will not change who I am, how I eat, or the faith that I’m proud to call my own,” he said. “But there is one thing that I will change. I will no longer look for myself in the shadows. I will find myself in the light.”

### A Famous Filmmaker Mother and Academic Father

Born in Kampala, Uganda, to Indian parents, Mamdani became an American citizen in 2018 shortly after graduating from college. He lived briefly with his family in Cape Town, South Africa, before moving to New York City at age 7.

His mother, Mira Nair, is an award-winning filmmaker known for works including *Monsoon Wedding*, *The Namesake*, and *Mississippi Masala*. His father, Mahmood Mamdani, is an anthropology professor at Columbia University.

Earlier this year, Mamdani married Rama Duwaji, a Syrian American artist. The couple—who met on the dating app Hinge—live in the Astoria neighborhood of Queens.

### Once a Fledgling Rapper

Mamdani attended the Bronx High School of Science, where he co-founded the prestigious public school’s first cricket team, according to his legislative bio. He graduated in 2014 from Bowdoin College in Maine with a degree in Africana studies and co-founded the college’s Students for Justice in Palestine chapter.

After college, he worked as a foreclosure prevention counselor in Queens, helping residents avoid eviction—a job he says inspired his run for public office.

Mamdani also had a notable side hustle in the local hip-hop scene, rapping under the monikers Young Cardamom and later Mr. Cardamom. During his first run for state lawmaker, he humorously described himself as a “B-list rapper.”

### Early Political Career

Mamdani began his political career by working on campaigns for Democratic candidates in Queens and Brooklyn. He was first elected to the New York Assembly in 2020, defeating a longtime Democratic incumbent in a Queens district covering Astoria and surrounding neighborhoods. Since then, he has been re-elected twice with ease.

One of the democratic socialist’s most notable legislative achievements has been pushing through a pilot program that made a handful of city buses free for a year. He has also proposed legislation banning nonprofits from “engaging in unauthorized support of Israeli settlement activity.”

Opponents, particularly Cuomo, dismissed Mamdani as unprepared to manage the complexities of running America’s largest city. But Mamdani framed his relative inexperience as an asset, saying in a mayoral debate that he was “proud” not to have Cuomo’s “experience of corruption, scandal and disgrace.”

### Viral Campaign Videos

Mamdani’s campaign benefited from buzzy videos, many featuring winking references to Bollywood and his Indian heritage, helping him connect with voters beyond his Queens base.

On New Year’s Day, he participated in the annual polar plunge into the chilly waters off Coney Island wearing a full dress suit to present his plan to “freeze” rents. He interviewed food cart vendors about “Halal-flation” and humorously promised to make the city’s beloved chicken over rice lunches “eight bucks again.”

On TikTok, he appealed to voters of color by speaking in Spanish, Bengali, and other languages. His viral clips were complemented by widely viewed television commercials aired during *The Golden Bachelor*, *Survivor*, and the Knicks’ season opener.

### Pro-Palestinian Views

A longtime supporter of Palestinian rights, Mamdani maintained a strong criticism of Israel throughout his campaign—a stance often seen as a political third rail in New York.

He accused the Israeli government of committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza and said Israel should exist as “a state with equal rights” for all, not solely as a “Jewish state.”

Mamdani faced strong criticism from opponents and many leaders in the Jewish community; Cuomo accused him of “fueling antisemitism.” Early in the race, Mamdani also drew backlash for initially refusing to denounce the phrase “globalize the intifada.” He later pledged to discourage others from using the phrase.

To court Jewish voters, Mamdani met with rabbis and attended a synagogue during the High Holy Days.

In his victory remarks on Tuesday, Mamdani pledged that under his leadership, City Hall will stand firmly against antisemitism.

Democratic incumbents ahead in most WA legislative races

The Washington state Capitol on Nov. 11, 2024. (Bill Lucia/Washington State Standard)

Two potentially vulnerable Democrats in the Washington state Senate appeared poised to retain their seats after an initial ballot count on Tuesday.

Senator Vandana Slatter faced a challenge from a more moderate candidate within her own party, while Victoria Hunt was up against a Republican opponent aiming to chip away at the lopsided balance of power favoring Democrats in Olympia. For both candidates, this was their first time defending their seats.

On Tuesday, Hunt, of Issaquah, comfortably led former state lawmaker Chad Magendanz, a moderate Republican, by a margin of 54.5% to 45.3%. Slatter was ahead of her former state House colleague, Representative Amy Walen, D-Kirkland, with 56% to 42.3% after the ballot drop.

Meanwhile, Representative Edwin Obras trailed fellow Democrat and Burien mayor Kevin Schilling. Schilling, considered the moderate candidate in the race, narrowly led with about 50.2% of the vote to Obras’ 47.2%, with roughly 350 votes separating the candidates.

President Donald Trump loomed over the off-year elections, even in the Democrat-on-Democrat battles. Progressive candidates highlighted their pushback against Trump and attempted to link their opponents to the president’s policies.

Five other Democrats in safe western Washington districts are on track for re-election. Democratic Representatives Janice Zahn and Osman Salahuddin were leading significantly over Republican opponents in Tuesday’s returns. Additionally, state Senators Tina Orwall, D-Des Moines, Emily Alvarado, D-Seattle, and Representative Brianna Thomas ran unopposed.

Voting tallies will be updated as more votes are counted in the coming days.

XRP Shows Potential Amid RWA Surge and ETF Updates for 2025

**XRP Trading Zones Highlight Support at $2.15 and Resistance at $2.80**

XRP’s market activity in 2025 is defined by clear trading zones, with strong support around $2.15 and resistance near $2.80. High concentrations of supply at these levels indicate active participation from both retail and institutional holders, creating crucial pivot points that influence short-term price movements.

### What Is Driving XRP’s Performance in 2025?

XRP is experiencing significant momentum this year, fueled by three main factors:

– Strengthened trading zones providing clear support and resistance
– Explosive growth in Real World Assets (RWA) on the XRP Ledger (XRPL)
– Positive developments in ETF filings, particularly Bitwise’s XRP ETF progress

Currently, XRP holds steady near $2.51 after a 3% daily gain, showcasing investor commitment at critical support levels near $2.15. This resilience highlights XRP’s growing appeal within the broader cryptocurrency landscape.

### How Are XRP Trading Zones Influencing Market Dynamics?

Support at $2.15 consistently attracts buying pressure, preventing deeper declines during recent trading sessions. On the upside, resistance sits near $2.80 and extends to $3.00, where selling has historically capped price advances.

Glassnode’s on-chain heatmap reveals red supply zones concentrated around these price points, reflecting where many holders entered the market. Notably, shifts in the cost basis distribution in October 2025—particularly on October 3, 13, and 31—correlated with spikes in trading volume. These dates marked strategic adjustments by traders, with October 13 showing increased volume coupled with a slight upward cost basis shift, suggesting accumulation by long-term holders.

These dynamics contribute to XRP’s price stability, setting the stage for potential breakouts if resistance levels are surpassed. Market participants closely monitor these zones as pivotal areas influencing short-term behavior during this ongoing bull cycle.

This supply concentration also points to a maturing market, where both retail and institutional investors align strategies around these key technical levels. Such engagement bolsters confidence in XRP’s role as a bridge asset in cross-border payments and decentralized finance applications.

### Real World Assets (RWA) Growth on XRPL

The Real World Assets sector on the XRP Ledger has witnessed remarkable growth in 2025. As of late September, total market capitalization reached $364.2 million — a 215% increase year-to-date. Tokenized Treasury Bills (T-Bills) lead the sector with $83.7 million in market cap.

Other tokenized assets, including VERTCRA468, MGL, and OUSG, have shown steady gains, underscoring XRPL’s expanding role in integrating traditional finance with blockchain technology. Quarterly comparisons further reveal DCP rising 200%, while the “Other” asset category surged by 351.3%, highlighting growing diversity and adoption within the XRPL ecosystem.

This growth in real-world asset tokenization enhances XRPL’s utility and drives increased demand for XRP through heightened ecosystem activity.

### ETF Developments and Market Sentiment

Bitwise has advanced its XRP ETF filing by adding specifics such as an NYSE listing and a competitive 0.34% management fee. These updates suggest the ETF is in the final stages toward regulatory approval.

The filing news sparked a price rally, pushing XRP close to $2.51. Meanwhile, options market activity indicates growing speculation of a breakout, with targets ranging from $3.15 to $4.20. Algorithmic price models, however, suggest a more moderate forecast, placing year-end XRP prices around $2.83.

Investor interest around the ETF reflects anticipation of institutional capital influx. While a surge to $10 remains uncertain without significant catalysts, current market behavior reflects measured optimism within cryptocurrency trading circles.

### Key Takeaways

– **XRP Trading Resilience:** Support at $2.15 and resistance near $2.80 define critical zones. Glassnode’s on-chain data reveals high holder concentration that supports price stability amid periods of volatility.

– **RWA Expansion on XRPL:** A 215% year-to-date growth reaching $364.2 million spotlights XRPL’s prowess in tokenizing real-world assets, led primarily by Treasury Bills. This diversification attracts more investors and boosts network adoption.

– **ETF Momentum Boost:** Bitwise’s updated XRP ETF filing has increased market interest, lifting prices to $2.51. Sentiment points toward potential rallies between $3.15 and $4.20, with investors advised to watch for regulatory progress as a key factor.

### Conclusion

In summary, XRP in 2025 operates within a landscape marked by well-defined trading zones, rapid Real World Asset growth on the XRP Ledger, and promising ETF developments from firms like Bitwise. These factors collectively signal sustained investor interest and position XRPL as a critical bridge between traditional and decentralized finance.

On-chain data and market concentration indicate strong holder engagement, positioning XRP for potential gains ahead. Investors should closely monitor key support and resistance levels alongside regulatory updates, as these will play vital roles in unlocking new opportunities in the months to come.

Minnesota Women’s Basketball Opens Season with Dominant Win

The Minnesota women’s basketball team picked up right where they left off to close the 2024-25 season, powering past the North Dakota Fighting Hawks 91-47 in their home opener Tuesday night.

“We played really, really hard defensively,” said head coach Dawn Plitzuweit. “They were disruptive and fun to watch. Offensively we didn’t hit as many shots as we wanted, but our offensive rebounding was outstanding. The energy really propelled us, and I thought it was a great way to open the season.”

The Gophers enter this season with high expectations after going 25-11 last year. They went 8-10 in the Big Ten but dominated non-conference opponents, finishing 17-1.

While Big Ten play remains a month away, roster changes have forced the team to adapt. Last week, forward Mallory Heyer announced her departure for personal reasons, entering the transfer portal. Her absence was felt, but several Gophers stepped up in the opener.

Senior guard Amaya Battle led the team with 10 defensive rebounds, filling Heyer’s place admirably. Freshman guard Makena Christian, the reigning Wisconsin Player of the Year, made a splash in her collegiate debut. She scored a team-high 23 points, sinking 50% of her three-point attempts and electrifying 3,300 fans at Williams Arena.

“I thought she handled her first home contest really well,” said Coach Plitzuweit. “She’s calm and steady, and did great things on both ends.”

Christian added, “I was excited to play with my teammates. The energy was really cool in the Barn.”

Center Sophie Hart praised Battle: “Big shoutout to Amaya. Ten defensive rebounds – oh my gosh. She’s stepped up, not just tonight but even in practice. It was a team effort.”

Hart also contributed 16 points and seven rebounds, while graduate forward Finau Tonga finished with 14 points and seven rebounds.

The Gophers return to action at 7 p.m. on Friday against Manhattan at Williams Arena.
