First Toy Story 5 trailer has Pixar fans very confused: “Disney is basically saying Toy Story 4 is skippable”
The first teaser trailer for *Toy Story 5* has landed, and even though it doesn’t reveal much, it has left many fans confused.
The new clip, which you can watch below, opens with a package arriving for Bonnie. Her other toys—Rex, Slinky Dog, Forky, Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head, and Jessie—all watch on in fear. Bonnie opens the box to reveal a tablet called Lilypad, which will no doubt become the villain. Text appears on screen reading, **”The age of toys is over?”**
However, the most interesting part of the clip comes right at the end, where Buzz Lightyear and Woody appear. This begs the question: how did Woody get back to Bonnie and the other toys after *Toy Story 4*?
Many fans have noticed this too. One wrote on Twitter, “How did Woody get back here so fast?” Another added, “This concept would be SUCH a perfect way to continue the story if they hadn’t made *Toy Story 4*. It’s making it very difficult for me to get on board with this movie.”
To recap, *Toy Story 4* saw Woody finally reunite with Bo Peep, who was donated to a new owner in *Toy Story 2*. Woody finds his lost love while on Bonnie’s family road trip. At the end of the movie, Woody chooses to stay with Bo Peep at a carnival and become a “lost toy” alongside her and her new friends. After an emotional goodbye, Buzz and the rest of the toys leave with Bonnie.
So, how exactly has Woody found his way back?
Considering that the carnival was far enough away that Bonnie’s family had to rent an RV to travel there, it’s hard to imagine how a small toy like Woody could make his way back to Bonnie’s bedroom unscathed. The teaser also shows no sign of Bo Peep. This suggests that *Toy Story 5* might brush over the events of *Toy Story 4*, which is confusing since the teaser includes characters introduced in the fourth film, such as Forky and his new companion.
The logline offers little clarity, reading:
**“Lilypad, a high-tech frog-shaped smart tablet that makes Buzz, Woody, Jessie, and the rest of the gang’s jobs exponentially harder when they have to go head to head with the all-new threat to playtime.”**

Early last month, Miami was ranked second in the Associated Press poll — just the third time in the past 22 years the Hurricanes have been ranked that high. Since then, however, UM has lost two games, continuing a pattern of mistakes that have become commonplace during coach Mario Cristobal’s tenure.
Still, the Hurricanes entered Tuesday night at No. 15 in the latest College Football Playoff (CFP) rankings, making them the highest-ranked team in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). The league also had four other ranked teams: No. 16 Georgia Tech, No. 19 Virginia, No. 20 Louisville, and No. 22 Pittsburgh.
Miami moved up from No. 18 in the initial CFP rankings released on November 4th — which was the fourth-best among ACC schools at that time. Meanwhile, Virginia and Louisville fell in the rankings after losing last weekend, Georgia Tech had a bye week, and Miami’s dominant 38-10 victory over Syracuse last Saturday helped secure their climb.
However, there is a significant problem for Miami. The Hurricanes currently sit seventh in the ACC with a 3-2 record against league opponents. Georgia Tech, Virginia, Pittsburgh, and unranked SMU top the league with 5-1 records. They are followed by unranked Duke at 4-1 and Louisville at 4-2.
Because of this standing, even if Miami wins its final three ACC games against North Carolina State, Virginia Tech, and Pittsburgh, the Hurricanes may still not make it to the conference championship game. If that scenario plays out, UM would not be eligible to receive an automatic berth into the CFP.
According to the rules, the five highest-ranked conference champions earn spots in the 12-team playoff field. But since Miami may not win the ACC title, they would be ineligible for one of those slots — despite being the highest-ranked ACC team in the CFP rankings.

Belgium set up anti-drone squad 4 years ago – then forgets to use it

Despite having its own specialized anti-drone police unit, Belgium did not deploy it during any of the recent UAV incidents, Nieuwsblad reported on Monday. Instead, Brussels asked fellow NATO members for help in countering what it calls a “hybrid threat.”
The unit, created four years ago and known as C-UAS, consists of 30 certified officers equipped with two drone-detection antennas, four jammers, and three net launchers, according to the report. The police website states that the team “provides technological support in combating drones that pose a serious threat to public safety.”
However, the unit remained absent when an unidentified drone disrupted operations at Zaventem Airport near Brussels for hours last Tuesday, or when drones were seen near Liege Airport over the weekend.
On Sunday, Defense Minister Theo Francken announced that the UK had sent a unit to assist in managing these drone threats.
