Panvel Teen Loses Arms, Slips Into Coma After Electrocution At Pandal Site; Contractor Booked Under BNS For Negligence

**17-Year-Old Boy Battles for Life After Severe Electrocution at Worksite in Panvel**

A 17-year-old Class XII pass boy has been fighting for his life in a coma after suffering a severe electrocution accident that led to the amputation of both his arms. The incident occurred in May this year at a pandal decoration site in Chikhale village, Panvel.

### Incident Details

The boy, identified as Shubham Andhale, was reportedly forced to work under unsafe conditions by contractor Pankaj Janeshwar Phadke. While working on a ladder, Shubham came into contact with a high-tension electric wire, which caused him to fall and sustain grave head injuries along with severe burns on his limbs. As a result, doctors had to amputate both his arms from the elbows.

“Since the incident on May 1, Shubham has remained in a coma-like state, unable to move or respond, with only his heart and eyes still functioning,” said his father, Kundalik Andhale, a rickshaw driver.

### Family Struggles Amid Medical Crisis

The family is struggling to cope with the mounting medical expenses. Andhale explained that they have exhausted all their savings and taken on heavy debt to afford Shubham’s treatment.

“My son was a bright student and talented in sports. He took up labour work to help improve our family’s living conditions. But now, he is fighting for his life and weighs barely 30 kg, down from a healthy 85-kg. We have already spent over ₹11 lakh on his treatment, yet the contractor who employed him has abandoned us,” Andhale shared emotionally. “We are pleading with the government and authorities to save my son’s future.”

### Treatment and Financial Assistance

Shubham spent three months in the ICU at MGM Hospital, Kamothe, on a ventilator. Due to unbearable expenses, the family had to bring him home. His mother and brother now feed him liquid nutrition through a nasal tube.

So far, the family has received ₹1 lakh in aid from Minister Pankaja Munde, and ₹50,000 from the pandal owner, who later distanced himself from further responsibility.

### Legal Action Against Contractor

Police have booked contractor Pankaj Phadke under several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), including:

– Section 125(a): Causing danger to human life through reckless actions
– Section 125(b): Acts endangering human life where grievous hurt is caused
– Section 289: Negligent conduct with respect to machinery
– Section 351(2): Criminal intimidation

Phadke is accused of employing a minor without proper safety measures and intimidating the family when they sought accountability for the accident.

### Family’s Ongoing Struggles and Plea for Help

Besides Shubham, the family has a 21-year-old elder son who is struggling to pay his college fees. Andhale added, “My wife used to earn ₹10,000 a month, but now she must stay home to care for our son. That source of income has also stopped.”

The family continues to appeal to authorities and well-wishers for support to help save Shubham’s life and secure his future.

EXCLUSIVE: The Reason No-Nonsense Princess Anne Is Refusing to Help Prince Harry Heal His Rift With King Charles

Oct. 3, 2025, Published 5:50 p.m. ET

Princess Anne has earned a reputation as the royal family’s hardest-working member – but sources tell RadarOnline.com there is “no way” that will extend to helping Prince Harry heal his rift with King Charles and The Firm.

Anne, 75, the only daughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, has long been regarded as the monarchy’s most dependable figure. Last year, she completed 474 official engagements at home and abroad—more than any other royal—despite recovering from a concussion after a riding accident on her Gatcombe estate in Gloucestershire.

The Monarchy’s Most Dependable Workhorse

But insiders say her no-nonsense style means she has little appetite for involving herself in family dramas – including the breakdown in relations between her brother, 76, and his youngest son Harry, 41.

A source close to the Princess Royal claimed: Anne isn’t inclined to get involved in Harry’s issues. She feels it’s not her role – he decided to step away from royal duties, and with that choice, she believes, he also gave up the backing that comes with the family.

Harry Ignored the Ideal Guide

Another insider added: Had Harry sought guidance on life as the second-born, Anne would have been the ideal person to turn to. But since he’s made plain he doesn’t wish to embrace that role, she considers the issue finished.

Harry has admitted his relationship with Charles is strained. In his memoir Spare, he described feeling sidelined within the royal hierarchy. Observers note that Anne faced the same circumstances as a younger sibling but chose to embrace the role.

She became a key support to her mother during decades of service and played a central role in Charles’ coronation as Gold Stick-in-Waiting – a position of honor symbolizing her loyalty to the sovereign.

Loyalty Over Family Feuds

An insider claimed: Anne would have been perfectly placed to guide Harry. She has proved that being the second child doesn’t have to mean being sidelined – it can mean becoming the monarch’s most reliable support. But I don’t think she will step in now. For Anne, loyalty is everything, and she sees Harry as having betrayed his father, his brother, and the entire royal institution.

Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, 44, infamously stepped back from their senior roles in 2020 and have since settled in California. Their public criticisms of the monarchy—from the Oprah Winfrey interview to Spare—have widened the gulf with the royal family.

Anne Keeps Her Focus on Duty

While Charles has made attempts to rebuild contact, William remains estranged, and Anne, sources say, sees little to be gained from intervening.

Anne has always been about keeping her head down and focusing on her duties, one family associate said. She doesn’t view it as her responsibility to sort out other people’s messes – particularly when those difficulties stem from their own decisions.

Bruce Willis and wife Emma Heming Willisfelt there was ‘no hope, no direction, no support’ after FTD diagnosis

Bruce Willis and his wife Emma Heming Willis faced a heartbreaking challenge when the actor was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) in 2022. The 70-year-old star’s diagnosis left the couple feeling overwhelmed and unsupported.

Emma has openly shared her frustration about the lack of information provided by doctors immediately following the diagnosis. She told Yahoo!, “The day we received the diagnosis, we walked out of that appointment with nothing—no hope, no direction, no support. I wasn’t really given any information other than just the nuts and bolts of FTD.”

Reflecting on that moment, she added, “In looking back, I just think that’s so crazy. It was such a traumatic experience, like your whole life is being ripped from you in a moment.”

Determined to understand more, Emma began researching the condition online. “After that appointment, I started digging into research to really understand: What was this diagnosis? How does it impact my husband? How does it impact our family?” she explained.

Emma described the challenges of coping with FTD, especially in its early stages. “With FTD, those early years are so hard because you’re trying to figure it all out in real time and learning things on the fly. It’s a progressive disease. So in the beginning, your person can still manage some things, and then slowly the needs start changing and the things that they used to be able to do, they can’t do anymore. You have to rev up the support.”

Emma, 47, a model and mother to daughters Mabel, 13, and Evelyn, 11, is now channeling her experience into helping others. She is working to develop a “really simple” resource for families coping with dementia diagnoses.

“It brings me joy to know people in my position will feel more supported as a result,” she said.

To create this resource, Emma collaborated with Dr. Bruce Miller, a neurologist and director of the UCSF Dementia Center. “I talked to Dr. Bruce Miller about what had happened at our diagnosis appointment and how I would love for a doctor’s office to have a piece of paper with a couple of resources on it—something really simple,” she shared.

Dr. Miller was eager to assist. “He said he’d love to do this with me. So we’re putting together these resources, and then I’m going to take this template to other institutions.”

Emma hopes this initiative will make a difference for other caregivers. “That brings me joy to know that other caregivers will walk out of that office, and even though it’s still going to be a traumatic visit, they’re going to know there is support.”

EXCLUSIVE: Radar’s Deep Dive into Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s Divorce Papers — Including Broken Couple’s Astonishing Child Custody Plans

**Nicole Kidman Gains Primary Custody of Daughters Following Split from Keith Urban**

*October 1, 2025 | Published 7:50 p.m. ET*

Nicole Kidman will take on primary custody of her teenage daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, following her split from country singer Keith Urban, RadarOnline.com can reveal after reviewing the couple’s newly filed divorce papers.

### Custody Agreement Details

Court documents show that Kidman, 58, and Urban, 57, have reached a unique custody arrangement. The actress has been granted custody of the girls for 306 days a year, while the musician will have them for just 59 days.

Under the terms, Urban will have their daughters—Sunday, 17, and Faith, 14—from 10 a.m. on Saturdays until 6 p.m. on Sundays every other weekend. The documents also specify that major decisions regarding education and activities must be made jointly by both parents.

A source close to the case explained, “Nicole’s priority was making sure the children had consistency, and the agreement reflects that. Keith will spend less time with them but will remain involved in major decisions.”

### Holidays and Financial Arrangements

The divorce papers further outline how holidays will be shared between Kidman and Urban. Kidman will have custody on Mother’s Day and Easter, while Urban will spend Father’s Day and Thanksgiving with the girls.

Neither parent will pay child support, as Urban has already prepaid his obligations in full, according to the court. Both Kidman and Urban are required to complete a parenting seminar within 60 days.

The notarized custody plan was signed by Kidman on September 6, with Urban signing a week earlier. Importantly, the agreement stresses that both parties must refrain from disparaging each other in front of the children and encourage their daughters to maintain healthy relationships with both parents.

Court costs will be shared equally, and both child and spousal support have been waived.

### End of a 19-Year Marriage

Kidman filed for divorce after 19 years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Once considered one of Australia’s most enduring celebrity couples, Kidman and Urban have been living largely separate lives due to demanding filming and touring schedules.

Sources close to Kidman say the speculation surrounding their relationship has been difficult for her. A friend shared, “The idea that Keith might already be moving on has been painful for Nicole. She has always placed a high value on loyalty.”

### Public Signs of Strain

The couple was last seen together publicly in June at a FIFA World Cup match in Nashville, Tennessee. Since then, Urban has been on his High and Alive world tour, currently performing in Pennsylvania, while Kidman remains at the couple’s $4 million Nashville home with their daughters.

Earlier this year, Urban hinted at marital tension when he abruptly ended a radio interview after being asked about Kidman’s intimate film scenes in *Babygirl* and *A Family Affair*. Meanwhile, Kidman suggested strains in their marriage during promotion for her Netflix series *The Perfect Couple* in September, stating, “There’s no perfect anything. Anything that’s presented as perfect… forget it.”

### Family Background

Kidman was previously married to actor Tom Cruise, 63, for 11 years. Together, they adopted two children, Isabella, 32, and Connor, 30.

Despite their separation, the court filing emphasizes that both Kidman and Urban are expected to provide a “loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship” for their daughters.

Nicole Kidman files for divorce from Keith Urban after 19 years of marriage

**Nicole Kidman Files for Divorce from Keith Urban After 19 Years of Marriage**

Actress Nicole Kidman has filed for divorce from husband Keith Urban after 19 years of marriage. Kidman petitioned on Tuesday in a Nashville court to end the marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

The 58-year-old Oscar-winning actress and the 57-year-old Grammy-winning country singer, both originally from Australia, met in 2005 at a Los Angeles event honoring Australians. They were married in Sydney the following year and have two teenage daughters together.

Kidman and Urban have been prominent figures in the entertainment industry over the past two decades, frequently appearing together on red carpets. Urban often accompanies Kidman to events like the Oscars, while Kidman attends music award shows such as the Academy of Country Music Awards.

The divorce filings include a marriage dissolution agreement and a childcare plan, both of which have been submitted for judicial approval. According to the permanent parenting plan, both parents commit to maintaining a loving, stable, consistent, and nurturing environment for their children, despite their divorce. They also agree not to speak negatively about each other or their extended families and will encourage their daughters to continue loving and feeling comfortable with both parents.

The plan designates Kidman as the primary residential parent, with the couple’s two daughters, aged 17 and 14, living with her for 306 days per year. Urban will have custody for the remaining 59 days annually. The daughters have lived in Nashville all their lives, and there is no indication in the documents that this arrangement will change.

Financial disclosures in the filing state that each parent earns more than $100,000 (approximately £74,370) per month. Neither party will seek childcare or spousal support. The division of joint assets is outlined as roughly equal, with each party retaining assets registered in their own name.

In addition to her two children with Urban, Kidman is also a mother to two older children from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise.

Last year, at the premiere of the Netflix series *The Perfect Couple*, Kidman dismissed the idea of being a “perfect couple” with Urban. “You’re heading for trouble if you consider yourselves the perfect couple,” she said. “I’m not a believer in perfect.”

Urban has previously spoken emotionally about Kidman’s support during his struggles with substance abuse shortly after their marriage in 2006. “Four months into our marriage, I’m in rehab for three months,” Urban shared. “Nic pushed through every negative voice, I’m sure even some of her own, and she chose love. And here we are 18 years later.”

Nicole Kidman’s illustrious film career includes roles in *Days of Thunder*, *Eyes Wide Shut*, *Moulin Rouge*, and *The Hours*, for which she won an Academy Award portraying author Virginia Woolf. More recently, she has garnered acclaim for her work in television series such as *Nine Perfect Strangers* and *Big Little Lies*, earning Emmys as both actor and producer.

Keith Urban has been a major figure in country music since the 1990s, known for hits like “Somebody Like You” and “Blue Ain’t Your Color.” He has won four Grammy Awards and more than a dozen Academy of Country Music Awards.

News of their separation was first reported by TMZ. Representatives for both Kidman and Urban did not respond to emailed requests for comment on Tuesday.
