Cities: Skylines development moves to Iceflake Studios

Colossal Order, the studio behind Cities: Skylines and its sequel, are departing the franchise and separating from publisher Paradox Interactive. Development on the Cities: Skylines franchise is moving to Iceflake Studios, an internal studio at Paradox Interactive. Paradox Interactive announced the change in a statement to the Cities: Skylines 2 forum. Described as a “mutual” decision, Colossal Order will hand the reins over to Iceflake Studios. Paradox says Iceflake Studios has already begun work on Cities: Skylines 2, and that players can expect new expansions and content updates for years to come. Colossal Order, on the other hand, will begin work on new projects.

Many evolutions are hidden behind just a bit of knowledge, luck, or timing. In this guide, we’ll show you how to evolve Sliggoo, who can be a bit awkward to evolve.

## How to Evolve Sliggoo in Pokémon Legends: Z-A

To evolve Sliggoo, you first need to get it to Level 50. You can achieve this by having it in your party during battles or by feeding it XP Candy.

Once Sliggoo reaches Level 50, the next step is to wait for it to be raining in the game. As long as it is raining and Sliggoo is in your party, the option to evolve will appear when you hover over the Pokémon. Selecting this option will allow you to evolve Sliggoo into Goodra.

## Tips for Finding and Evolving Sliggoo

If you don’t have a Sliggoo yet, you can evolve one from a Goomy. To find Goomy, be sure to check out our comprehensive guide, which will help you locate this Pokémon easily.

If you want to speed up the evolution process by making it rain, head to any bench and sit on it. Then, keep passing time until it starts raining. This will trigger the in-game weather needed for Sliggoo’s evolution.

Steel City Interactive and PLAION have announced The Senator Pack, a premium DLC for Undisputed that spotlights the legendary Filipino boxer Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao. Set to launch on October 28, the pack will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Manny Pacquiao, widely regarded as one of boxing’s all-time greats, holds the distinction of being the only fighter to win 12 world titles across eight different weight divisions. With The Senator Pack, players can step into Pacquiao’s shoes and experience his remarkable career, showcasing his trademark aggression across five weight classes within Undisputed.

In addition to Pacquiao, The Senator Pack expands the game’s roster by adding several other notable fighters, including Edgar Berlanga, Sergey Kovalev, Vinny Paz, Egidijus “Mean Machine” Kavaliauskas, Evgeny Gradovich, and Ricardo Mayorga.
