Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A. J. Brown has 29 receptions for 395 yards and three touchdowns through seven weeks in 2025. Brown made headlines earlier in the season when a disconnect with Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley about a conversation the three had about the Eagles’ offense played out in the media. The team recently told interested callers that they would not trade Brown at that time, per The Athletic’s Dianna Russini. The Eagles have not told other teams anything regarding that stance potentially changing. However, the continued publicity from the receiver’s discontent has left teams curious ahead of November 4’s NFL trade deadline. Teams around the league recently started to believe that a scenario where they could acquire Brown before the deadline was becoming plausible. Three rival teams, all in the AFC, were gearing up to emerge at the forefront of any potential trade discussions. The Pittsburgh Steelers, Buffalo Bills, and Denver Broncos are expected to comprise the forefront of any trade discussions involving Brown, sources tell ClutchPoints. The three organizations do not expect the 28-year-old wideout, who will miss the Eagles’ Week 8 matchup against the New York Giants, to become available before the deadline, but will certainly continue to monitor the situation. Opposing organizations also have an awareness that things change quickly in sports, in business, and especially when the two intersect. If Philadelphia does eventually decide that trading their star receiver could be in their best interest, the Bills, Broncos, and Steelers will likely revisit their interest in the star pass catcher. Eagles GM Howie Roseman makes stance clear on A. J. Brown trade Brown has made several not-so-cryptic social media posts regarding his role in the team’s offense. He captioned his latest Instagram post “Using me but not using me,” which leaves little to the imagination. Eagles owner Jeffery Lurie was recently asked how he would respond to a trade request from Brown by Russini. The messaging was clear, with the two-time Super Bowl winner declaring that they will “do what’s best for the team.” “We don’t even consider it seriously unless it’s best for the Eagles,” Lurie said of any hypothetical transaction. “We will always do what gives us the best chance of winning big. Everything else is secondary.” Additional reports surfaced on Saturday night about the possibility of a trade before the deadline involving Brown. It was clarified in that report that such a deal is not out of the question. “The Eagles would be willing to listen to any trade offer, but sources believe Philadelphia would not be willing to part with Brown for anything less than a blockbuster offer, which is not expected to be forthcoming,” ESPN’s Adam Schefter wrote. Philadelphia has clearly not received an offer from a rival team that it views as worthy of “blockbuster” status. It is, however, expected that the Bills, Broncos, and Steelers will continue to show strong interest in the three-time Pro Bowler in hopes of prying him from the Eagles.

Too much social media may hurt kids’ thinking and memory skills
Spending too much time on social media might be hurting how children think, remember, and learn. A new study published in the journal *JAMA* found that kids who use social media more often tend to perform worse on tests that measure memory, reading, and vocabulary.
The study looked at 6,554 children between the ages of 9 and 13. These kids were part of a larger research project called the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development (ABCD) study, which is tracking the health and brain development of over 11,000 children in the U.S. as they grow up.
Researchers discovered that the average preteen spends about five and a half hours each day looking at screens for fun — and much of that time is spent on social media. Unlike watching TV or videos, social media involves constant interaction. Kids are scrolling, posting, checking for likes and comments, and messaging friends. This keeps the brain very busy and always alert.
Scientists already know that spending too much time on social media can lead to mental health problems like anxiety and depression in teens. However, until now, it wasn’t clear if social media use could also affect how kids think and learn.
To find out, the researchers studied social media habits over three years and grouped the children into three categories based on how much time they spent on social media:
– About 58% of kids barely used social media.
– Around 37% used it a little and gradually increased their time.
– A small group, about 6%, used social media heavily and kept increasing their time as they got older.
The researchers then tested the children’s brain skills using the NIH Toolbox Cognition Battery. These tests measured how well the children could read, remember information, process data quickly, and understand vocabulary.
The results showed a clear pattern: the more social media kids used, the worse they did on these cognitive tests. Children in the heavy-use group scored the lowest, especially on memory and language tests. Those who didn’t use social media or used it very little scored the highest.
It is important to note that this study does not prove social media causes the lower test scores, but it does reveal a strong connection. More research is needed to understand exactly how social media affects brain development and whether certain platforms or activities might be more harmful than others.
Still, these findings suggest that it might be a good idea for parents and teachers to set limits on social media use, especially for younger children. Keeping screen time under control could help protect important brain skills that children need for school and learning.
As kids grow up in a digital world, understanding how technology affects their brains is more important than ever. This study is a strong reminder that not all screen time is the same — and some of it might be doing more harm than good.

Bitcoin Price Prediction: BTC Targets $180K, Retail Investors Pin Hopes on AlphaPepe as the Favourite
Bitcoin Eyes $180,000 as AlphaPepe Presale Turns Heads in Crypto Market
Bitcoin (BTC) is once again dominating headlines, as analysts set their sights on a potential rally toward $180,000 in the next major cycle. The world’s largest cryptocurrency continues to solidify its status as the backbone of global digital finance, buoyed by strong institutional inflows, steady ETF demand, and long-term holder accumulation.
But while Bitcoin remains the cornerstone of most portfolios, retail investors are increasingly looking for faster, higher-upside opportunities. That’s where AlphaPepe (ALPE), the BNB Chain presale turning heads across the market, comes in.
With nearly 3,000 early investors, weekly price increases built into the presale model, and a community governance platform in development, AlphaPepe is quickly becoming the project traders are betting on for outsized gains as Bitcoin climbs.
Bitcoin’s Road to $180K: The Institutional Momentum Builds
After touching highs above $125,000 earlier this year, Bitcoin has spent recent months consolidating around the $110,000-$115,000 range. Analysts believe this is a healthy setup phase that historically precedes the next major leg upward.
Institutional flows into spot Bitcoin ETFs have continued at a record pace, signaling deep demand even amid macroeconomic uncertainty. Long-term holders are accumulating, miner selling pressure has eased post-halving, and liquidity across derivatives markets is steadily increasing.
Most major models now forecast $150,000 to $180,000 as Bitcoin’s next major target zone by early 2026, assuming no major regulatory disruptions.
Bitcoin’s steady progress reinforces its role as the anchor of crypto wealth, but it also highlights something retail traders already know: big money moves slowly. For investors chasing the next explosive rally, attention is turning to projects still in their infancy.
AlphaPepe: The Presale Taking Over the Retail Narrative
While Bitcoin builds institutional trust, AlphaPepe (ALPE) is building retail excitement. Designed to blend meme-culture energy with structured growth, AlphaPepe’s presale has already raised more than $330,000 and attracted nearly 3,000 holders—a clear sign that its traction is both organic and accelerating.
Each week, AlphaPepe’s presale price rises incrementally, meaning early buyers automatically benefit from built-in appreciation before the token even launches. This tiered structure has created strong demand from traders and whales alike, who see AlphaPepe as a rare chance to amplify Bitcoin-level profits into life-changing ROI.
The project’s staking system is already active, with APRs that continue both during the presale and post-launch. This live utility has helped AlphaPepe stand out in a market saturated with projects that rely purely on speculation.
Perhaps most importantly, AlphaPepe is preparing to launch its Community Governance Platform—a post-presale system that will allow holders to vote on reward distributions and ecosystem proposals. It’s a shift toward decentralization that gives investors real ownership over the project’s direction.
AlphaPepe’s success also lies in its community. Its organic virality on X (formerly Twitter), backed by a $100,000 ALPE giveaway, has made it one of the most visible crypto launches of 2025. With staking, governance, and live rewards all in play, it’s no surprise that analysts are calling it the “next Shiba Inu but with structure.”
Bitcoin and AlphaPepe: Two Sides of the Same Strategy
Bitcoin and AlphaPepe represent two very different kinds of opportunity and together, they make a powerful combination.
- Bitcoin provides the foundation: slow, steady, and institutionally backed.
- AlphaPepe provides acceleration: rapid, community-driven, and built for high ROI potential.
For many investors, the strategy is simple: hold Bitcoin for security, and use the profits from its rise to enter early-stage projects like AlphaPepe, where upside potential is exponentially higher.
As one analyst put it: “Nearly 3,000 early AlphaPepe investors could be looking at life-changing returns. This is the kind of move that turns Bitcoin profits into generational wealth.”
Conclusion
Bitcoin’s march toward $180K seems inevitable as institutional adoption deepens and macro trends favor digital assets. But while BTC’s climb will reward patience, AlphaPepe (ALPE) is rewarding speed—the early adopters who understand timing and momentum.
With a weekly price increase structure, staking APR live during and after presale, and a community governance platform set to go live post-launch, AlphaPepe has become the project defining this phase of the market.
For traders and whales positioning early, AlphaPepe could turn strong Bitcoin gains into the kind of life-changing ROI that only happens once every few cycles. And with its explosive growth and active investor base, it’s easy to see why retail investors have made AlphaPepe their favorite crypto play of 2025.

Vanderbilt football’s Makhilyn Young breaks off incredible 80-yard touchdown vs. Missouri
Tied 3-3 late in the third quarter of their top-15 showdown with the Missouri Tigers, the Vanderbilt Commodores struck first with a highlight-reel 80-yard touchdown run from Makhilyn Young. This electrifying play gave Vanderbilt the lead for the first time and set them on the path to a pivotal 17-10 victory.
The battle between 10th-ranked Vanderbilt and 15th-ranked Missouri featured two of the SEC’s most surprising programs this season. Both teams entered the game with 6-1 records and genuine aspirations of earning a spot in the College Football Playoff. Today’s win serves as a critical differentiator for the Commodores in the eyes of the selection committee.
Locked in a tight defensive battle, Missouri squandered several opportunities to take control. In the third quarter alone, Tigers quarterback Beau Pribula was stopped short on a 4th and Goal from the 1-yard line, and kicker Robert Meyer missed a crucial 29-yard field goal attempt. On the very next play after the missed field goal, Vanderbilt seized momentum with Young’s explosive touchdown run.
Senior running back Makhilyn Young entered the game with 296 rushing yards on the season, averaging an impressive 11.0 yards per carry along with four touchdowns. He is a key piece of a deep Vanderbilt running back rotation that also includes Sedrick Alexander and Jamezell Lassiter. Young’s relentless passion and improvisational skills have helped head coach Clark Lea’s team reach heights not seen in decades. Vanderbilt’s 7-1 start this season is their best since 1950.
Vanderbilt’s defense held strong to preserve the seven-point lead, denying Missouri a game-tying score in the closing seconds. The Commodores now look ahead to a crucial road trip next week against the struggling Texas Longhorns as they continue their pursuit of a historic College Football Playoff appearance.

Anxiety grips Bay Area immigrant communities as possible misinformation swirls about federal raids
SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — Fear about the deployment of federal agents to their neighborhoods is causing widespread anxiety among immigrants throughout the Bay Area. Many are now questioning everything they see.
A woman who wished to remain anonymous shared that her neighbors and friends are reporting any suspicious vehicles they encounter. “My friend in the morning, I see 4 cars for ICE, but I don’t know if it’s true or not,” she explained. She added, “Nobody comes on the street, nobody you know, it is very bad for everybody.”
On Friday, Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee confirmed that federal agent operations were canceled for the entire Bay Area. However, according to local nonprofits, rumors and misinformation continue to spread rapidly throughout the community.
“There’s already a lot of fear, panic, and anxiety. When people respond to these rapid changes with inaccurate information, it just becomes hurtful,” said Madeline Hernandez, Attorney at the Immigration Institute of the Bay Area.
To address the growing concerns, numerous Bay Area nonprofits and volunteers have been actively working on the ground, reminding community members about 24/7 hotlines specific to their counties. These hotlines serve as crucial resources where residents can report any potential federal agent activity.
“These networks connect individuals to local attorneys who can help represent them or assist their families. They also deploy legal observers who are trained to verify if ICE is actually present,” Hernandez emphasized. “If ICE is present, these observers are trained to record the encounter, ensuring there are no violations of constitutional rights. Any such violations by federal agencies are carefully documented.”
According to the Migration Policy Institute, approximately 42,000 undocumented immigrants reside in San Francisco alone. Many of them face the risk of deportation, a reality that has prompted fear and reluctance to leave their homes.
In response, organizations like La Raza Centro Legal have implemented “know your rights” orientations and provided privacy notices to local businesses. “You might see these notices displayed in windows around the city,” explained Dalia Blevins, JD Case Worker for the removal defense program at La Raza Centro Legal. “They help business owners and managers understand and assert their rights within the workplace.”
To combat misinformation about unconfirmed federal actions, La Raza Centro Legal has deployed community outreach teams across San Francisco. “If you are concerned that it’s ICE presence, it’s important to document what you are seeing,” advised Blevins.
Despite these reassurances, many community members remain unsettled. “They can detain me at any time, but it hasn’t happened. I haven’t been detained,” said one San Francisco resident who preferred to stay anonymous.
The ongoing uncertainty underscores the need for accurate information and community support during these challenging times.
