The final scores were 19-25, 25-22, 25-17, 25-20, securing the USA’s spot in the quarterfinals.
Despite being a first-time World Championship campaigner, Garcia rose to the occasion with an impressive performance. He delivered 15 kills and seven aces, playing a pivotal role in the team’s comeback after dropping the first set.
