HONG KONG, China – Asian markets fluctuated between gains and losses Monday as investors took a step back after last week’s rally fueled by the Federal Reserve’s interest rate cut.
Tokyo led the winners following an announcement from Japan’s central bank that it would gradually sell off its huge stock of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), a move that had sparked a sell-off earlier.
