**Gas Cylinder Explosion in Under-Construction Building in Ghatkopar East Injures Four Workers**

Mumbai: A gas cylinder exploded in a private under-construction building in Ghatkopar East on Tuesday night, severely injuring four workers. Among the injured, two are reported to be in critical condition. The victims have been admitted to Rajawadi Hospital for treatment. The incident occurred at approximately 9:11 PM.

**Details of the Incident**

According to the BMC Disaster Management report, the gas cylinder exploded in the temporary sheds built for workers at Neeldhara, a ground plus seven-storey building currently under construction. The site is located on 60 Feet Road, near Vidyaniketan College, opposite Jain Mandir in Ghatkopar East.

Officials from the Mumbai Fire Brigade, N Ward Office, and local police were promptly deployed to the scene to assess the situation and provide assistance.

**Victim Information**

The two critically injured workers have been identified as Ghyansham Yadav (36) and Devendra Pal (26). Both have sustained burns covering 60 to 70% of their bodies.

The other two injured workers, who are in stable condition, are Mahendra Choudhari (32) with 10 to 12% burns and Sandeep Pal (20) with 5% burns.

All four individuals are currently receiving medical care at the BMC-run Rajawadi Hospital.
