MANILA, Philippines — Far Eastern University completed its comeback after sweeping rival La Salle in Game 3, 25-15, 25-22, 25-23, to claim its second straight V-League Men’s Collegiate Challenge championship on Friday at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City.

The Tamaraws crawled their way back from a 10-15 deficit in the third set and overcame their opponents with resilience and determination. Their impressive performance secured their dominance in the league and thrilled their supporters throughout the match.

RODRIGUEZ, Rizal — Choco Mucho spoiled Bella Belen’s much-awaited PVL debut by sweeping her team in straight sets, 33-31, 26-24, 25-23. The victory marked a strong start for Choco Mucho as they kicked off their Reinforced Conference campaign on a high note on Tuesday night at Ynares Center Montalban.

The Flying Titans showcased their impressive depth throughout the match. A standout performer was a revitalized Kat Tolentino, who returned strong after missing the All-Filipino action and preseason due to injury. Her performance played a key role in securing the win for Choco Mucho.

PVL: Brooke Van Sickle keeps family ties ‘all business’ on court

MANILA, Philippines — Brooke Van Sickle welcomes the rare chance to be coached by her parents as Petro Gazz gears up for redemption in the upcoming PVL Reinforced Conference.

Gary Van Sickle has been appointed as head coach, replacing interim mentor Brian Esquibel, while Brooke’s mother, Lisa, will serve as assistant coach.
