MANILA, Philippines – Security Bank Corp. will raise at least P5 billion from the debt market to support its lending activities and expand its funding base.
In a regulatory filing on Monday, the bank announced that the five-year fixed-rate peso bond offer would have a yield of 6 percent per year.
