**IDBI Donates 15 Cupboards Worth Rs 2 Lakh to Priyadarshini School in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar**
The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) recently donated 15 cupboards valued at Rs 2 lakh to the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation’s (CSMC) Priyadarshini School. This generous contribution was made from IDBI’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds, aiming to support the educational infrastructure of the school.
The cupboards were officially handed over in a special function organized under the chairmanship of Additional Municipal Commissioner Ranjeet Patil. Several distinguished guests graced the occasion, including Deputy Commissioner Ankush Pandhare, Education Officer Bharat Teengote, IDBI Senior Divisional Manager Punit Goswami, General Manager Vinod Madnani, Aniruddha Tribhuvan, Education Extension Officer Ramnath Thore, among others.
The event began with an introductory speech by Tejaswini Desle. Headmaster Sanjeev Sonar expressed gratitude towards the various organizations and companies that have extended their support to the Priyadarshini Schools through CSR initiatives. He highlighted how these funds enable the schools to purchase essential educational materials and other activity-related resources.
The success of the programme was attributed to the collective efforts of several individuals, including Sonar himself, B R Rathod, Shashikant Ubale, Rashmi Honmute, Puja Sonawane, Prakash Ingale, Kakasaheb Jadhav, Sachin Lavera, Prashant Nikalje, Harsh Narwade, Balasaheb Jadhav, among others.
This donation marks a significant step towards enhancing the learning environment at Priyadarshini School, fostering better educational opportunities for its students.
